I was trying to get something notarized at another…read morelocation and she let me know that the ONE notary was on a conference call and wouldn't be available all day. The assistant manager suggested I go to a bail bond and get it notarized there (but I'd have to pay for that and as a platinum member I don't pay for those services through Chase and when I told her that she stared at me like I had two heads). Fast forward, the teller called this location, spoke with the notary, confirmed that she could do it and was expecting me upon my arrival. The downfall to this location is one ATM so it backs up in the evening and you have to go inside for all transactions (yes, im lazy and don't want to get out of my car, especially on rainy days).

The fee schedule is difficult to find on their website and it doesn't even mention monthly maintenance fees with waivers for minimum daily balance. That information was sent after the agreement was signed. Also, despite bankers and advisors saying they would provide resources and help my business out, they have never followed through. Texas Security Bank is not suited for startups and small businesses and now looking for another bank to do business with.

I'm a great client - has every peace of paperwork at my fingertips and loaded up months of docs. Excellent (truly) credit and amazing DTI, LTV (ok so I work in the industry and know the lingo) So a week goes by and I don't hear back. So I call and they answer rather promptly that it's taking some time but that usually 4-6 weeks to process. I think that's waaaay too long, but let go for it. Another week goes by and I hear nothing. Suddenly an email - you need an appraisal is that ok? I say yes. Another week goes by Suddenly an email. - are you sure you want to do this it'll be 6-8 weeks processing. I ask to have a manager call me. .... And radio silence. So.... Let's see how long before I get a response. At this rate 8 weeks will likely be 10; my docs will all need to be refreshed; the rate lock if there is such a think will be expired - and I'll be without the HELOC. So chances are by tomorrow going to call another bank. Sorry guys, but it's not reasonable to have clients wait 10 weeks when other banks are talking about 15 DAYS.

It popped out a receipt that said error and to contact the financial institution. The tellers were still there but said that the ATM is managed by a different company and they had no control of it. This is the worst customer service. The ATM is at the frost location with Frost on it. I'm highly disappointed that I left with no resolution and no money. It was a high value deposit. Our business has bills coming out tomorrow and we were told there would be no resolution until Monday possibly but that the money wasn't there and there was nothing they could do. I will be closing our business account immediately after I get my money back. Business owners know that for a bank ATM to take hundreds of dollars and error and have to be left leaving with the money gone is absolutely wrong. Please consider this review when choosing where to bank.
