Let me start by saying you owe it to your self to call Texas Security Bank and Inquire about their home loan products. Low interest rates low closing cost and a Competent and professional team. My loan officer Emily made my loan process very easy and gave me updates frequently. Don't make the mistake and waste your valuable time like I did on my first loan attempt calling one of those over advertised mortgage companies that you see when on your email or TV. Best small business bank in Dallas by far. As an example, they were on top of the PPP loans and actively worked with us to complete our applications before the application process started at the SBA. They were updating us with info and expected procedures on the fly. We got our PPP loan before most of my colleagues due to the proactiveness of TSB. Since then TSB has offered Zoom meetings on the process for applying for PPP forgiveness. They have also offered monthly educational classes (in person at the Belt Line location and Zoom since the pandemic began) on various topics applicable to running a small business.
