It's the opposite of walking into one of those cramped, super-max pawn shop vibes--this place actually feels welcoming. Though not specific to this branch, I also want to highlight how seamless Vantage West's loan application platform is. I refinanced my vehicle through them after leaving another lender, and the process was incredibly easy. I was out of state visiting family and still managed to complete everything electronically using DocuSign, with just one quick video call with a notary to wrap it up. I was having trouble accessing my account online, which is a must since I use bill pay. I couldn't get through to a real person and the chat robot just kept saying the same thing over and over. Which in no way addressed my issue. Trying to talk to a real person on the phone also went to a robot. I went to the branch at Tatum/Shea (my first time since that moved). I was showed a machine to make a deposit of over $1000. There were no tellers booths. I spoke with an employee, but decided to wait about making my deposit. I contacted the employee by email, which she had told me was the best way to contact her to make an appointment to come in and have a bank employee witness me making the deposit. I never heard back. A week or so later, I called and got the robot to put me through to a real person, who told me someone would be there to assist with my deposit. I was able to make the deposit with an employee. I would NEVER make a deposit without a witness. The employee counted the money and then put the stack of bills in the machine. The machine correctly counted the money. However, machines can make mistakes/ bills can stick together. A few years back I asked for $200 from a banking machine and the machine gave me $400. Today, two weeks later I received a text message stating I have appointment tomorrow at the bank. I never made an appointment and would not found it acceptable to make the appointment 2 weeks out. There will be other occasions when I will need to make a cash deposit. So I am thinking maybe as much a hassle it is to change banks, I need to find a bank that has real people, and if I need to make an appointment, it wouldn't take 2 weeks to get an appointment. But I have nothing but good things about US Bank that I've experienced. They help me fix my screwup on the early payment mixup on my mortgage. They help direct me and called the right people to help me get that corrected. I am really thankful that they were around to help me. I really enjoy the benefits I have with us bank so far. It's been a few months now. But no complaints.

They have ONE teller and they take your name when you come in to make a deposit or withdrawal etc. and you have to sit and wait. They do not have drive up tellers anymore either. There are two ATM outsides and the open at 10 and close at 4. This is ridiculous, there should be a big sign outside saying go to a different location for teller services! Go to Campbell and Glenn or Broadway and Swan. There are several "bankers" here sitting at desks and the other "potential teller" he stands at door with iPad to take your name.
