I had a negative experience here. I used Chris Wilkes and he gave me incorrect information which…read morecould have cost me the purchase of my home and this also caused a week or two delay in my loan approval. Luckily the seller was nice and worked with us. She didn't have to and it would have been almost a $2000.00 mistake that I would have had to pay for myself. I had to get the branch manager Diana involved to hopefully pull off my closing date, which still might not be possible. I have to be out of my apartment by the 31st or pay extra fees to stay longer. I wish I could have used another lender but I was already too far in to move around. Please be cautious. This is the biggest purchase of your life and I wouldn't wish the stress he cause on anyone.

My husband and I were nervous about the home buying process. Mr. Jim Davis made everything painless…read moreand simple. He worked with us and our realtor to make sure that everything was taken care of. Since we used our Veterans benefits to get the loan, there was a lot more that went into the process. Mr. Davis made all the necessary calls and requests. We completed most of our paperwork through email or online, which was great with the crazy schedules my family keep. Mr. Davis was recommended to me by a fellow veteran that he helped out too. Mr. Davis and Nova will always be my first recommendation to anyone looking to get a home loan.

Began talking with Michael about hiring him to help with our 2024 taxes back in January. On 2/17 he…read moresaid he could meet with us March 4th at 11am and asked that we confirm our appointment with him. I confirmed our appointment that same day and asked what we'd need to bring with us. He didn't respond to my email 2/17 or my follow-up email 3/1. Then after my wife and I took time away from work to be at our 11am appointment, we find that he's meeting with other people. The person who answered the door said he'd meet with us in 20minutes, in which time I called a different and far more organized CPA, with whom I'll be doing business going forward. I showed the lady who answered the door our email exchanges where he said he'd meet us today at 11am and she said she's not the receptionist. Since she was the only other person there, I can only assume that there is no receptionist, and that's why this place can't keep its appointments straight. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I have two businesses and am a contract employee for another, so my finances are pretty complicated. Even so, David charged me less than anyone I used before, he keeps impeccable records, and he always keeps me in the loop. David was recommended by several of my friends after one of the "big name" firms lost all of my paperwork, and I'm glad I switched. I have to say that it's also great to know that my accountant is available throughout the year should something come up outside of a typical tax season. Perhaps best of all, though, is that David is just a friendly guy. He runs an interfaith meditation group and does a lot of service work, and it's nice to know that my accountant is a stand-up guy who's active in the Tucson community. One final note: last year I got my information to him too late, and he had to file an extension for me. I was prepared for a huge hassle, but he handled it beautifully, as if it wasn't a big deal at all.
