I went to Titanium Vapors because the shop I usually go to was closed. I asked for coils for my old Kanger tank. He had them in stock and I was very happy about that. I asked for the Clapton coils and saw them hanging on display. The owner then proceeded to lie to me and gave me regular old square OCC coils with a story about how this was a second generation Clapton coil. I was in a hurry and not really paying attention. Then he charged me nearly $30 for a box of 5. Not cool. The first thing this guy said to me when I walked in was that I could take my mask off because they were not required in his store. I work in a hospital and should have left at that point. This guy obviously cares only about making money and has no problem lying and ripping you off to do it. No respect for his customers or their health. I will not return and will pass this along to everyone I know. read more

Juice prices are decent, don't know about hardware. Bought a bottle of juice and CoilArt coils from here because I didn't have my coil kit with me to make a new set myself. The guy who helped, Zach, was incredibly uninformed about battery safety(tried to sell me AWT Red/Black batteries that are Sony VTC5 rewraps), insulted my hardware, and tried to sell me more hardware when I said I was only buying coils(and bought a bottle of juice for my girlfriend). The fact that someone kept trying to sell me AWT Red/Blacks and saying over and over that they are "50 amp batteries" when 18650 50 amp batteries DON'T EXIST and took a completely haughty and condescending tone -- and insulted my own mods? Probably won't ever be back in here. I can say the prices of the coils were good but the overall experience was extremely less than desired. Pro-Tip: Don't try to sell AWT Red/Blacks to someone that knows more about your batteries than you do. They're Sony VTC5 rewraps which is a 2600mAh 20amp battery, not a 3600mAh 50amp battery like Zach tried to push off on me while thinking my EHpro Mod 101 was a mech with Samsung 25R and a Kaos Spectrum with Sony VTC6's. read more

I came into the store and was looking for an affordable ecig to replace my old one. A worker named Zack sold me one at a discount and was a little rude and trying to make me appreciate the fact that it was at a discount and asked me to leave a positive review for the store so I did. The next time I came in I told him I left the positive review. Most of my positive review was for the other worker there named Will. Will has always been nice to me. After I told Zack I did what he asked his true colors showed. He was mean, abusive and made me feel bad for asking questions about the new machine he sold me. The coil that came with the tank I purchased was defective and I asked if I could get a replacement or I would just buy a new one. He completely freaked out on me and said I was complaining and there was nothing wrong with the coil and took my ecig and looked at it, then he said yes there is something wrong with the coil you must have done something to mess it up! Its YOUR FAULT!! I said I didnt do anything wrong, I did exactly what you told me it is just defected .. I said its fine if you cannot replace it I will just buy a new one. Every time I spoke nicely he would just yell at me and wouldnt even let me speak. He kept accusing me of trying to get a free coil, messing up the coil, complaning (when Ive only asked 2 questions about my new machine) and kept yelling at me for 15 minutes telling me if I do not like their coils I should just go somewhere else. Little did he know and I did not dare mention that I had already called my favorite local store (Movape) to see if they carried my coils and they didnt because I dreaded coming back in there to run into Zack again. I stood there getting yelled at and abused for 15 minutes only to leave the store crying. I am a disable woman and have a severe learning disability, anxiety, depression and ocd. My mom had driven me there and seen me crying coming out. She called the manager to let him know about his worker and how he is treating people. The manager said that they were short staffed. I hope they get rid of Zack, the store will be better off without someone like that. I can imagine how he treats every other customer. I would not recommend the store right now. I know Will works Monday-Friday, I recommend the store on those days. read more

This is hands down the best vape shop in the St. Louis area. These guys are very knowledgeable about there products. It's not the come in buy our stuff... Now gtfo kind of place, it's a very layer back and chill environment. The perfect place if you a beginner trying to quit smoking or an experienced cloud chuckin, battery draining, juice guzzling, (dude). I just stopped in their new location on Telegraph Road today and had SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! My sister swears by their shop on watson, so I decided to check it out. I've been a cigarette smoker for years, unable to find a juice that I really loved enough to make me change. But the juices they have are high quality and taste very clean. These guys spent 2 hours on me yesterday answering all my questions and showing me pretty much every device in their store. I've had poor luck in the past with vaping. I thought I had good equipment was wasn't able to enjoy it at all. After showing me everything, I decided on a nice rig at a reasonable price, then chose a new juice then these guys helped my set it up and find reasonable settings for my use. So far I've actually used this set up longer than any previous setup I've ever owned and spent about the same. So yeah these guys are worth visiting, especially if you're having trouble or are new to vaping. read more

I came in to purchase a new ecig as mine had broken and a new one was being shipped out. I decided to swing by Titanium Vapor as it was near by. I met with the owner who sold me a new kit, I spent $85 on a new ecig. The owner, Jim, assured me that if I had any problems I could bring my receipt in to return or exchange it. Well sure enough, the battery would not charge. I returned to the shop and he didn't believe me until I had him try there. Yep...it would not charge. I asked for a refund and he refused. I then asked if I could exchange it for one that worked and he said very harshly..."You know that you're taking food off my kids table tonight don't you!?" "I cannot return this to China without paying $15" "Again, you are taking food off my kids table!" I was honestly shocked at his tune and raised voice, I explained that I just want an ecig that worked and that would charge. I didn't mention this to jim but I too put food on my kids table, am a single parent and work two jobs. I was very polite, said please and thank you and this owner was just straight up rude. I don't usually post reviews but was so shocked and appalled by his behavior and rudeness that I felt it needed to be said. THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. AND HE TRIED TO MAKE ME FEEL HORRIBLE BY EXCHANGING IT. To say I was taking food off his kids dinner table is absurd. I am a customer and paid $85 for something that didn't work. We can all accept the mark up that shops have over the online prices, but when combined with disrespect to the customer and constant deflection of problems onto the user every time a device fails it becomes ridiculous and borderline shady business. I have been conned out of coils here before and they always just try to get you to buy the latest most expensive mod. When you buy tanks here they wont give you all of the coils that come in the box. They also keep all of their coils out of the packaging which makes no sense to me. I have seen a lot of strange things go on here that make me not trust them any more. I was a loyal customer but they have really been deteriorating. The employee Garret always deflects problems with devices and acts like a buffoon. They get angry when you have a device you didn't buy from them. read more
