Definitely my favorite vape shop in the St Louis area. The selection is great and the service goes above and beyond! I recommend trying their house juice and nic salts (they can even take a house juice flavor and make you a nic salt with the same flavor of it isn't one they usually bottle. My favorite part of their house juice/ salts is that they make them slightly thinner/less sweet. It doesn't impact the flavor, however I've found that coils/pods last significantly longer! Their is also a 10% service discount for first responders & active duty military/ vets (and maybe healthcare workers but I definitely could be wrong on that one!). read more

First things first, I've been to the Rock Road location multiple times and have had zero issues. They were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to please. This Maplewood location, however, is the exact opposite. I wanted some stronger juice for my vape, and I absolutely loved their house juices, so I wanted to stick with what I knew I liked. I recently moved much closer to this Maplewood location, so I decided to give them a try since I had such a great experience before. Let me tell you, I DEFINITELY won't be back here. The woman who helped me was super rude, condescending and completely indifferent to what I wanted. I asked her about a flavor, and she said "I don't know. Haven't tried it." Which is fine, but she didn't offer to let me try it or offer any suggestions. When I asked what was good, she said "I don't know what you like". Well, obviously, but she didn't even try to find out. She wanted me gone and out of her hair as quickly as possible. It was, quite possibly, the rudest customer experience I've ever had. Also, she had what looked like the most disgusting open wound on her finger that almost made me gag. If you're going to hand someone a receipt with that monstrosity on your finger, maybe do us all a favor and put a band-aid on that thing. Once again, I am NEVER GOING BACK HERE. I will go to Mape Vape from now on. read more

If you are looking for the best Bang for your buck when it comes to E-liquid this is your place to go! Our favorite liquid is puppet crack which they make specifically only at their locations. When we 1st came in here we did not know very much about E-liquid & vaping but they took their time explaining everything and never made us feel rushed at all! The customer service here is stellar!!We also drive a good 20 minutes out of our way just to come to this store so you definitely need to go here!! read more

BOTTOM LINE: BAD BUSINESS I was a loyal customer for years, spent thousands of dollars, recommended this company to friends and associates, but when it came time for them to exchange a faulty device that I had owned for ONLY 2-4 WEEKS - there was NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME. This happened on 2 separate occasions, both times with expensive box mods. I still had the original box, accessories, receipt, etc. All they did was tell me to contact the manufacturer, which is in China and would have taken months probably. I even went so far as to email their customer service dept. a very professional and thorough complaint, but they never so much as replied. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF PURCHASING ANY WORTHWHILE EQUIPMENT HERE. THEY DO NOT EXCEPT RETURNS - WHATSOEVER - and in my experience, THEY SELL DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. read more

TL:DR - This place has great items at great values. But I'd steer clear of buying any high prices…read moreelectronics or "machines" like vacuums or instant pots. This place isn't an authorized retailer which may affect your warranty. In addition, buying returned items opens them up to scammers. I stopped in here while the wife was shopping in front of the plaza. Was really excited since we were about to move and this place has just about everything at super cheap prices. They have clothes, shoes, kitchen stuff, rugs, couches and so much more. My wife and I ended up spending over $600 on an instant pot, Dyson V11, bathroom towels, electric kettle, and pots/pans. After 4 months, only the towels, pots/pans, and electric kettle are still with us and working. As soon as we got home with the Dyson V11, we quickly realized that someone had previously bought a V11, replaced it with a v10 (the previous year's model) and returned it in an effort to scam the clubstore out of money/a newer model. Not only was it the wrong model, but it was heavily used and had used nail clippers in the box. Thankfully the store has a 30 day no questions asked return policy, but the worker tried arguing with me that it was the V11 when it clearly was not, which was super frustrating. Now after just 4 months, the instant pot stopped working for zero reason, and the instant pot company won't replace it under warranty because the clubstore outlet isn't an authorized retailer. All in all, I think the clubstore outlet provides great value for non electronic items, like towels soap, shoes, etc, but I'd never by any high value item here again.

If you're looking for a great vape store to put down the cigs for good, you definitely need to stop by here. It may be new, but you'll feel like it's been there for years! They make you feel like you're part of their family and will do whatever is needed to help you crush your cig addiction.
