I'm a customer for life there now and proud of it! I'm giving this place 3 stars because I'm an advanced vaper with 6 years of vaping under my belt,…read moreand this place seems more geared toward new vapers. Their selection of advanced gear is very, very slim and they don't carry juices with complex blends, they're mostly single flavors (for example strawberry, watermelon, etc). But what bothered me the most was that they used old school cartomizers to sample their juices. You cannot taste the true flavor of a juice with a cartomizer, especially when you will be using the juice in a rebuildable. This place is great for newbies and people looking to switch. The staff know their stuff and are friendly. But if you're looking for advanced gear and juice with complex flavor profiles, this isn't for you.

The walk-in humidor alone is worth the trip. It's packed with an impressive range of cigars, including full boxes of limited-release options you don't often see on shelves. The selection genuinely surprised me, in the best way, and you can tell the shop is managed by people who love the craft. The staff were outstanding: knowledgeable, welcoming, and easy to talk with. Whether you're a seasoned cigar fan or a casual smoker, they make you feel right at home. Both the indoor lounge and the covered, heated patio offer great spots to sit back and relax. I enjoyed a cigar outside with a friend by the fire pit, and we honestly felt like VIPs. From our spot, we also had a perfect view of the front door, watching a steady stream of customers come and go with cigars, pipes, and accessories in hand. Clearly this place has a loyal following. I'm looking forward to my next visit.
