I move around alot due to my job. I have been in the south, west and north east. I need refills of juice constantly. Everytime I walk into a store the staff rarely greets me and its always dark and dank. This store is 100% different. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about all of their flavors and equipment. They are friendly and truly happy to help you. Customer service is primo here! It doesnt matter if you're new to vaping or an old timer. The store is clean and filled with actual sunlight!! Truly one of the BEST vape shops I have been to around the St. Louis area. The owner and his staff are super knowledgeable of their craft. They know what they are talking about, and cater to the beginner through the advanced vapeheads. Just a really laid back and professional atmosphere, had left me very comfortable. The location is great! It's right off the highway exit, and the shopping center it is located at has plenty of parking. Inside the shop, it looks clean and clinical. They have branded their business very well. Along the entire wall of this shop are shelving units, manicured with THE premium of premium juices. If you're wanting to try all the name brands you only read about in magazines and see online....they have it, and fully stocked. The same can be said for the incredible catalog of devices they have. Check out the mechanical mods and box mods they carry....one step ahead! I love that this place is staying current with the trends and demands of the consumer. Doing what it takes to please the customer. I appreciate the fact that this shop is involved with the vaping community. Holding meet-ups, and having contests. Specials are constant, and pricing is fair in my opinion. It's not a new technique, but I am glad they have those Buy 10, get the 11th free cards...that's including the premium juices. I go 30 min out of my way to buy juice & mods solely from 510 because I don't want to take my business anywhere else. Over the past couple years they've helped me choose the ecigs to fit my needs, even taught me to make better coils when I was in my dripper phase. They always have a huge inventory of juice also, my fav is the Basic line. The stores close to where I live either have a crap selection of juice, or don't offer testing, or don't know what they're talking about, etc so I made the decision months ago to exclusively only buy from 510. If you're new to vaping, super pro, or have no idea what vaping is but want to stop smoking, go see these guys they'll put you at ease & explain everything! I wish every vape shop could be like this edit: I noticed the other reviews all mention going 30 min out of their way to go here. It's true, I live in Shrewsbury & only will go to them in Imperial. Best Vape shop in Metro St Louis and I've been to many. I drive over 30 minutes and pass multiple other shops to do business here. Highly knowledgeable staff, owner stands behind all products. I had a bad device that leaked. Owner simply replaced the tank, no questions asked after determining it was indeed a faulty device. He could have easily taken the position that I bought it and was stuck. Much appreciated Oh......and they also have the best juice anywhere. I can't recommend this place enough read more
