A key part was either missing or not working properly, which made it unusable. What's even more frustrating is that when I brought the issue to their attention, there was little to no effort made to resolve the problem or offer a replacement. For something that cost this much, I expected better quality. I'm leaving this review to warn others--please make sure you check your items carefully before leaving the store. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. if you do make sure that you are using a  credit or debit card so you can dispute it with your bank once you realize that your products  not working this place get little to no business so  they wanna keep your money .

Every time I've been in, the vibe has been relaxed, friendly, and normal in the best possible way. No weird energy. No drama. Just good service and a place you actually want to come back to. It's refreshing to walk into a shop where the person behind the counter is thoughtful, confident, and not afraid to be themselves, while still being professional and respectful.
