He seemed bothered with me asking for help to look inside a glass display. It took him a good bit to find the key to open and he seemed pretty out of it the whole time. He couldn't answer very basic questions about what the store had... After I got the thing out of the case I pointed to another glass case closer to the register that I needed him to open. As I was doing this another person came in and instead of helping me finish getting my things to get out of there he proceeded to help them instead. Overall not great customer service and really turned off by my overall experience. It does appear they have a ton of really cool things inside the store. I don't know, just strange), but are also describing the policy for pretty much selling any tech from any vape store or dispensary I've ever been to. The fact you CAN jump through hoops to get any money back strikes me as incredibly accommodating considering my experience at any other store, where generally all sales are final (even if it doesn't work or they sold you something you don't u didn't need!) This place has amazing employees, both knowledgeable and personable. I am very, very socially anxious, but they are always welcoming and the process is fast in a way.. this business feels very safe. The prices are great; sale prices are even better. You can place an order ahead, but if you aren't sure what to get, the employees are well prepared to help you out. They also do really cool community events, some of which are free. I recommend them very strongly... And I am very dubious about the reviews left here before, which is making me question other Yelp ratings.. Anyway, try this place out if you have a chance!
