I recommend trying their house juice and nic salts (they can even take a house juice flavor and make you a nic salt with the same flavor of it isn't one they usually bottle. My favorite part of their house juice/ salts is that they make them slightly thinner/less sweet. It doesn't impact the flavor, however I've found that coils/pods last significantly longer! Their is also a 10% service discount for first responders & active duty military/ vets (and maybe healthcare workers but I definitely could be wrong on that one!).

The flavors, when they could make their own, before the government got their big nose in it, were the best. They helped me quit. The people who worked here made this place a treasure. Sad to see it gone. For a whole year!

I'm giving this place 3 stars because I'm an advanced vaper with 6 years of vaping under my belt,…read moreand this place seems more geared toward new vapers. Their selection of advanced gear is very, very slim and they don't carry juices with complex blends, they're mostly single flavors (for example strawberry, watermelon, etc). But what bothered me the most was that they used old school cartomizers to sample their juices. You cannot taste the true flavor of a juice with a cartomizer, especially when you will be using the juice in a rebuildable. This place is great for newbies and people looking to switch. The staff know their stuff and are friendly. But if you're looking for advanced gear and juice with complex flavor profiles, this isn't for you.

Not only was Vapor Exchange so outrageously priced that I laughed at them for double the cost on a product I can drive an extra 15 minutes for, but they didn't know the product they were selling. They couldn't even tell me the PG/VG ratio of the liquids they sold (which is very, VERY important for people with sensitivities). They also tried to push a marijuana vaporizer on me three different times while I was there. They sell cheap batteries at ridiculous prices and tell you how to screw things together and push the button for make vape. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're MUCH better off going to Smoke Smart in Wentzville, Vape-One in South City, or 3D Vapor in East Alton; pretty much anywhere other than here.

Also Mo who is so kind, and is genuinely a cool and just nice guy. And the owner (I haven't learned his name yet) but he is so sweet, he is very kind, and always super helpful, I LOVE THIS STORE! I'm here a lot because they have a huge selection of vapes, smoking devices and an awesome selection of wraps and papers. Also they have a decent amount of really cool glass water pipes. I should buy stock in this place because I'm there so much for all my vapes, and wraps! LOL

I explained that I'm a long term heavy smoker and wanted to quit. He asked me some questions, made some suggestions and quickly came up with the right setup to help me quit. He didn't try to gouge me with some fancy setup that cost hundreds of dollars. He set me up with something that was a starter but extremely affordable. Been using it all afternoon. Normally I'm a pack and a 1/2 a day smoker (full flavor Newport 100's) I had a cig on the way home and it's been 5 hours and this little rig takes the cravings away. I walk in and notice that all they have is a few shelves on one wall with small ecig bottles. I can't see the names of any of them, so when the gentleman (ugh def not a gentleman) I mean dude walks up to the counter I say, "I was looking to try out this certain juice that I've heard others saying they loved, do you carry Heisenberg?" He looks down at me smirks and says "nope". I say, "ok no problem. Do you make your own juice and only carry that here?" Dude Smirks says "no" at this point I'm getting annoyed so I point to the juices and say. "Those all look like they are from the same company, which one is it you carry?" Dude says, "well kind of they are my company based out of California." I say "So you make your own juice?" Dude says, " I guess." I said thank you and left. I was simply trying to buy some juice to get by, but this dude made me feel like I was annoying him for being in his shop. He acted like a total pompous ass oh yeah and for some reason he walks out of the back room wearing a white t-shirt and a shoulder harness with 2 pistols in the harnesses over both shoulders. Yeah it was all very demeaning don't go here!!
