He seemed bothered with me asking for help to look inside a glass display. It took him a good bit to find the key to open and he seemed pretty out of it the whole time. He couldn't answer very basic questions about what the store had... After I got the thing out of the case I pointed to another glass case closer to the register that I needed him to open. As I was doing this another person came in and instead of helping me finish getting my things to get out of there he proceeded to help them instead. Overall not great customer service and really turned off by my overall experience. It does appear they have a ton of really cool things inside the store. I am open to returning as it may have just been a bad day for said employee.

So far I am extremely happy with my choices!

A Consistently Excellent Cannabis Experience in O'Fallon…read more I've been a regular at the Terrabis in O'Fallon for several months now, and it has easily become my go-to dispensary in the area. From start to finish, the experience is always top-notch. First Impressions & Atmosphere: The location is clean, modern, and welcoming. It never feels crowded or overwhelming. The security and check-in process is smooth and professional, making you feel safe and comfortable from the moment you walk in. The Staff & Service: This is where Terrabis truly shines. The entire team, from the greeters to the budtenders, is fantastic. They are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I've never felt rushed, even when I had a lot of questions. On my last visit, the budtender helped me find a new sativa strain for daytime focus, and their recommendation was spot-on. They really listen to what you're looking for and provide honest, helpful advice without any pressure. Product Selection & Quality: Terrabis has an impressive menu with a great variety of flower, vapes, edibles, and concentrates from many of Missouri's top cultivators and brands. I appreciate that they carry both well-known names and some excellent local options. The quality is always fresh, and the products are stored well. I also love that their online menu is updated in real-time, making pre-ordering a breeze. Deals & Value: They always have great daily specials and promotions, which makes trying new products more affordable. Their rewards program is also a nice perk--it feels good to earn points on every purchase that lead to real savings down the line.

And when we asked a question we were barely acknowledged and brushed off like we were not serious purchasers. Very poor experience with this business and would go to any other gun store before I went back there.
