Went in for my first time. Recommended by a few friends who frequent the place. Asked questions since I'm new to this and the guy who was "helping" me just wouldn't pay enough attention. I'd ask for one thing and he'd just bring over something else. Other employee had to correct this employee more than once. I finally got fed up with this "salesperson" lack of caring so I left. If he didn't care enough to help someone with a sale then I won't care enough to spend money here. I wish the other employee would have stepped in to save the sale. read more

Horrible customer experience, I've been a customer for over 2 years, until today, I went to the Bridgeton location and had a really bad experience! The girl behind the counter was so upset as soon as I walked in, she was rushing to finish the sale and she even went to the back room and stayed there without finishing the transaction. I asked for someone else to help but she said that she's the only one who can help, even though her coworker was in the back. I don't think anyone deserves this kind of experience. Great staff, and they had the right product that I needed when nobody else did. While visiting St. Louis, I had the glass of my Aspire Cleito break, and while I always carry I spare, I hate being *without* spares. Working in Westport and seeing the very high marks for the store, I decided to give them a shot. I got Matt, and he was kind enough to set aside the remaining 2 pieces of Cleito glass Vaporized had, and I told him that I'd be by in an hour or two. Unfortunately, in my line of work I can't always meet personal time commitments, so I wound up calling back the next day hoping they were still set aside. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the gentleman from the second day, but when he said they were still in stock I jumped in my car and raced over. Great customer service along with the gear I need is what I look for in a local vape shop. A Yelp 10% discount for checking it makes it even sweeter. Now if only they'd carry some higher-end juice lines, this could be a one-stop shop next time I'm in town. read more

THIS is why I use Yelp before I spend money somewhere I've never been to before. I went to Vaporized simply based on Yelp reviews (there's a vape shop literally two minutes from my house, so I went way out of my way to come here), and I was not disappointed. Scott was the dude who helped me pick out a vape and some juices. I ended up choosing the first one he showed me, the eGo AIO. What impressed me the most is that he seemed genuinely concerned about selling me something that was right for ME, not what would cost the most or what would bring the shop the most money. I really, really appreciate that. He helped me pick out some flavors (caramel and cappuccino ftw), showed me how to use it and got it ready to go before I left. Scott is legit, and he seems like a really cool dude. If you're planning on getting a vape or need great tasting house juices or even just a new pack of coils, come to Vaporized. I Purchased a small little battery from here. I was sitting on my couch a week later and felt my pocket get very hot! I pulled out the battery and it would not turn off. Luckily it had a low charge and ran out of power before anything bad happened. I brought it in and they told me to charge it and try it again (which I explained I had already tried) and I told them to keep it I'm not coming back anymore. This review should only reflect the shop on Big Bend Blvd in Saint Louis and not their other location. Went in when they first opened. Staff is friendly enough and they sell 100ML of juice for 30 dollars. The price is right and their house juice is actually really good. So I made this my shop for all my needs for a long time. Then I went in and bought a box of Aspire coils for my eleaf 30W, I have a mini tank which I like to vape higher MG of nicotine with. On the back of every Aspire coil box they have codes on the back that you can check the authenticity of the coils. When I opened the box that I had bought from vaporized the coils looked weird, they lacked the mesh inside that all coils come with, but I thought nothing of it. Every coil in that box had a burning taste to it. Only way I could make it go away was by soaking the wick every time I vaped, for all the trouble I might as well have gone to a dripper tank. I've bought bad coils before, it happens, but every single one? I checked the box code against the ASpire website aspirecig.com. Turns out vaporized is selling knock off coils. The code came back as unauthentic and used. The security code had been checked over 3 thousand times on the website Went back to MapeVape which is just around the corner and bought another box and every coil was just fine. I will never go back to this store now that I know they are dishonest with their product lines. Waste of money on 5 coils, all of which were bad and were not what I thought I was buying. Beware of this store, they sell knock off equipment and display it as something that it isn't. read more

Got my first vaporizer from here today. Matt, the owner, was very helpful - taught me how to assemble it all and fill properly. The store was busy (I'd assume from their 50% off sale on select juices), but I saw everyone helped as quickly as possible. I try to seek out and support local stores like these whenever I can, and I love how they make their own flavors. I overheard a few customers saying Vaporized flavors were among the best. I tried Vanilla Tobacco and Coffee - they both are smooth and taste great. I'll definitely be back. read more

The staff was really knowledgeable and friendly, they had great banter too which is a huge plus in my book! House juices are tasty, plentiful and extremely inexpensive! Around $20 for a 100ml bottle! Staff didn't know about the Yelp check-in offer and didn't have 10ml bottles of juice... So they gave me a free 15ml bottle instead, talk about great customer service! I really dig this shop, the staff is helpful and friendly with out being up your butt while sampling flavors, not a fan of their house juice personally but they do carry some very good premium juice lines such as demonic vape and tnt which are excellent. they also do a rewards/loyalty thing which is cool, and every purchase applies which is cool. And bonus points, one night i was completely out of juice and hit every red light possible, they were already closing up and mopping the floor but still took the time to let me buy a bottle real quick, i've been in there a couple of times like 2 minutes before they close and they are always still super nice read more

Have to say I had never vaped before going into the St. Charles Rock Rd. Store, and was very pleased with the guys in there tonight! They took time to walk me through everything start to finish, suggesting flavors and blends, without making me feel rushed.
