I don't leave many one-star reviews, but this business earned every bit of it. And not even that…read moresingle star truth be told. I was sold a product that was represented as something it was not. The moment I realized it wasn't what I had asked for, I immediately told the employee I didn't want it. Instead of standing behind the sale and making it right, they refused to refund my money and tried to push store credit instead. Why would I accept store credit from a business that had already lost my trust? The customer service was dismissive, unprofessional, and made it clear that keeping my money was more important than treating a customer fairly. To make matters worse, the cashier struggled with a basic cash transaction, which only reinforced my lack of confidence in the business. The store itself felt run-down, poorly maintained, and full of outdated, overpriced inventory. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant enough that I couldn't wait to leave. Businesses make mistakes. Honest businesses fix them. This one chose not to. They lost a customer for life, and I'll be sharing my experience with anyone who asks where not to shop. There are far better smoke shops in the St. Louis area that value honesty, professionalism, and customer service. Save yourself the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it.

I'm ashamed to say I've been here. The vibe is super gross. You have to buzz to get in, to get in…read more Don't make direct eye contact with anyone and you might be fine--though I'm honestly not sure. I've seen several employees here with guns hanging out of the tops of their sweatpants (this was before they were allegedly raided, shut down, and then reopened), which, frankly, I saw coming. They sell glass, a decent vape selection, "water pipes", hookah (mostly gun related designs), hookah accessories, wrapping papers etc. they even used to have a thc slushie machine. Which didn't feel legit and more than likely wasn't legit as its presence was unaccounted for after the alleged raid. They only take cash and run it through a Clover POS system, claiming it's for "inventory management." Odd. Clover isn't meant for inventory management; it's often used by business owners who don't really understand what "effective credit card processing rates" mean and have loose definitions of shrinkage numbers. Overall I give them one Star for the store itself and a second Star for the hustle.

Actually prices %20 more before taxes & assesories are…read morefinal sale I was in need of a new pen and came here today after calling first to ensure I didn't end up paying a egregious price for a 10$ vape pen. I was told the cost was 9.99. The box said 9.99. It rang up 13.27 so I asked the clerk the tax rate bc I knew it couldn't be 30%. The clerk incorrectly told me that there was additional tobacco tax on a battery pen. I'm not hurting for $3 so I bought it but beware you may end up paying %30 more than sticker prices. Beware that any accessories that you buy are not returnable so if they upsell you; you can't ask for a refund. Advice to store: Only charge customers prices that are marked and if they call in advance to check prices; tell your customers your true prices. If there is a discrepancy; your store should take care of it; not the customer who does their due diligence before driving to your store. Let customers make returns if they aren't charged as agreed
