Great company, don't hesitate to use their services. Had a new boiler installed by Titanium in 2024, no heat today. We called Titanium at 9am, their serviceman, Luis, arrived at 1pm, notified he was on way (scheduled between 2pm-5pm). Part was covered under warranty. Instead of coming back another day with the part he had Uber pick it up at parts store in Saddle Brook and deliver, 1hr later we're up and running. Thanks Luis read more

John O. Was great! I called for Saturday service and Laura was able to have him come over. Immediate text was sent, with all info. Very professional and prompt. Even wore shoe pads to keep my floors clean. Fixed my issue on spot. Thank you! read more

I had a kitchen faucet system completely rebuilt and replaced by Luis at Titanium Plumbing, who did an exceptional job. Luis was a delight to work with. Super helpful, courteous, and on time. He took the time to find us a fantastic, aesthetically similar replacement and his installation work was top notch. He kept the kitchen very, very clean and the cost was very fair. Would work with Titanium again anytime! Highly, highly recommended. read more

I called Titanium Plumbing in hopes they could help resolve my plumbing issues that have plagued my house since i bought it. I personally worked with Eric from start to finish and it was a wonderful experience. They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it. That same day new PVC lines were laid and i was back in action. ZERO issues since, and i couldn't be happier. Eric was great from start to finish, and made sure i was comfortable with everything and made sure i learned exactly what was going on. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs - absolute professionals who spare no expense to make sure the job is done right. read more

My water heater died on a Saturday. The plumber I usually call doesn't work on the weekend. I found Titanium Plumbing, Jon F arrived soon after I called, and it was the best thing to happen!! During the installation of the new water heater the knob on the water main broke off, thankfully in the off position. This required having someone come from the Village to turn off the water at the street. The knob was fixed, and the installation was completed. Jon F spent about 6 hours, with many, many trips up and down the stairs, to make sure this job was done correctly. This entire operation, from the professionalism of the young woman who answered the phone, to the care taken to protect the interior of my home, to the knowledge, dedication, and fortitude of the plumber, was beyond expectation, and I wholeheartedly recommend Titanium Plumbing and Heating!! read more

The technicians arrived on time and were very professional and respectful. Ashley and Lauren who are in the office were able to get me a service date before the parts warranty was about to expire. The technicians were able to detect the issue. After the new parts arrived, they techs installed them, explained how the system works, and said to call any time with any additional questions and concerns. read more

I called for a consult & was asked about the details of work or equipment needed. We had a long list: kit. faucet replacement, shower/tub valve & fixtures install with tile patch, replace incorrect pvc-pipes, replace copper piping and install rough-in tub/shower valve. Our technician was Bill C., he reviewed the areas/items to be worked on & related the price (Ouch!) then got right to work! It was non-stop solving problem after problem and leaving every area looking like a photo ad at the end of a long day! We were totally grateful for the pride, professionalism & hustle Bill showed in his work. He passed on helpful info on maintenance and even gave some good advice on managing the anxiety-prone dog (we were sitting) when workers have to come in and out! He was assigned because he lives nearby -that's Titanium's practice! (Genius!) Highly recommend!! Date of experience: November 16, 2023 read more

Last night, I came home from a long, cold day at work to frozen pipes. Worst nightmare ever during this time of year. STUPID POLAR VORTEX I HATE YOU. Anyway, only one bathroom was affected, the other one and the kitchen sink were fine so my family and I lucked out a bit. Of course, it was MY bathroom that was affected though. My parents didn't want to call our old plumber because he's slow and they don't like him. So, I asked my cousin for help and he recommended Titanium Plumbing and Heating instead because its his friend Rob's company. Well, Rob is really excellent. I called him today and he said he'd be available at 1 and showed up 10 minutes early. I wasn't home while he was there but my parents were and they said he was nice and helpful. He fixed the pipes in about half hour, called me when he was done and gave me advice on how to prevent this from happening. Apparently, there's more to it than just keeping your heat on 70 degrees. Seriously, who knew. Anyway, Rob really helped us out in a tight spot and was able to come at the drop of a hat. I was very afraid our pipes would burst too so we needed him immediately. I appreciate his help immensely. My family and I have officially found ourselves a new, competent plumber. Hooray :). read more

Rob plumbed some stuff. My socks are dry.

Titanium is a great company. I had a couple plumbing issues that the crew fixed. My elderly neighbor also had her hot water break down and she called me to find someone to fix it for her. I contacted Rob and he was over her house within an hour. Rob and his crew installed a new hot water heater and cleaned up very well. I plan on having Titanium come out and install some new heating in my house. Prices are fair, and more importantly, the work is excellent. I highly recommend Titanium Plumbing, bing and Heating. read more

I can't say enough good things about Rob and his workers. We had a hot water heater break at night. The problem was diagnosed and we had a new water heater installed the next day! His workers were polite and diligent. We were amazed at how quickly the job was done. It's not easy to find a reliable, efficient plumber but now I have one. read more

Excellent service. There have been 3 occasions now where I called Titanium in the last 6 months and received same-day service. Rob showed up and fixed the issue all within 2 hours of when I called. He was cheaper and faster then the last guy I was using (who I stopped using for overcharging). He even identified another problem and said that the boiler would keep on breaking unless he fixed the second issue, then he stayed an extra hour and worked until it was done. He fixed the second issue and stuck to the original flat rate that he told me when he first came in. Will definitely use again. read more

Rob was recommended by a good friend, and I am glad we took the recommendation. We have gone through our run of the mill plumbers electricians contractors. They all sound the same and you get the same run around. Rob is definitely the one you can count on in plumbing and heating. He is hard working, knows what he is doing, RELIABLE, TRUST WORTHY. And with all that he does not charge you extra for his great traits. He is reasonably priced. You almost feel guilty not paying more because he is that good in his field. No job is too small or too large. He came at our rescue, also from damage of frozen pipes. (mind you other plumbers thought it was no big deal and wanted to give us appointments in a week or two) We had other problems that we were going to address at another time but Rob left such a good impression that we wanted to use his expertise. And luckily we did! He saved my family of 3 little kids (6,5,1) from carbon monoxide poisoning by noticing a small crack in my tank less system piping. That really would not have been detected. Titanium Plumbing and heating is definitely the one to call and use! read more

I needed a plumber badly this weekend because the shower in my bathroom was running uncontrollably and the only way to stop it was to turn off the main water line for the entire house. I called Titanuim because of the raving reviews from past Yelpers stating that they were on call when you need them. Well, I called them on a Saturday night and Rob said he would call us back the next day. This was a little surprising seeing that others said he came out immediately despite the time and day. Regardless we waited until Sunday for his call, which he did. However, he told us he had a family emergency and was not available. I understand that family does take priority. However, your website states that your services are available eveyday from 7a to 10p for emergency services. The website kept using the word "WE" and to me, this means that there are multiple people involved in this company who are available when one is not. After talking to Rob on Sunday it seemed like he was the only one in this company and when he is not available the consumer is left helpless because there is no one else to come to your aid. I do not understand why someone would say "WE" on their website when there is only one person. This is very misleading to the consumer. I don't know what constitutes as an emergency to Titanium but I would think that no running water for 2 days is an emergency. I am sure Titanium does great work in emergency situations, but I have yet to see the greatness that is boasted by the previous Yelpers. read more

Rob is my guy. We have had a few issues with our plumbing and heating. And Rob always delivers great service. Reliable. Thorough. And is fast while getting the job done. Also we have hard water in our town and Rob was able to help us out with that. We call him and no one else. read more

Wow! I had no idea how happy finding an awesome plumber like Rob would make me. I had read the other great reviews on Yelp and gave him a try. He is punctual, very nice, smart AND affordable. Initially, I needed a faucet fixed but I had always wanted a water softener and purificiation system for the house. Rob sent out a sample of the water, gave me an estimate and a few days later, setup the new system. It's amazing. The water tastes great and feels terrific on the skin. What a difference. Thank you, Rob!! read more

I've used Rob twice since my first review, and am happy to report that this company stands by it's work, and continues to deliver. I used them to unclog a drain in a rental I own, and he showed up promptly, and did the job with no issues. Fair price, also. Recently, another rental had a fairly substantial leak causing quite a bit of drywall damage, and Rob answered the phone on a Sunday night, then showed up the next day to conduct repairs on what amounted to three floors. He spent more time than he anticipated, but still charged a fair price for what amounted to a lot of work. Again, Titanium is not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for - excellent work, great communication, and prompt service. Highly recommended. read more

After working with several contractors who either charged a lot of money for a very poor work quality, or charged a lot of money and couldn't deliver what was promised, finding Rob was so refreshing. Not only did Rob deliver excellent quality work, he stayed on budget, and his prices were fair. Additionally Rob has one of the nicest personalities around! He was very patient, very considerate, stuck to his word, and did a great job. Yelp helped me find Rob and I couldn't be more grateful! I am a bit out of the way for him, but for me, he is my "go to" plumber. Have recommended him to everyone :) read more

While we didn't have an emergency issue, Rob showed up right away to cut down our gas feed in the kitchen so that our new gas range would fit. I have to say, we were really impressed with Rob's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. He definitely knows his craft and deserves the great reviews he's received on here (that's how we found him). Through our experience with him, we discovered a) he does quality work, b) his pricing is extremely affordable, and c) he goes above and beyond what you hire him for. If you want the job done right the first time, call him! We've already started recommending him to our friends and will definitely be using Titanium again. read more

Rob and the guys over at Titanium completed the plumbing from start to finish for a new construction single family home. Underground utilities, rough plumbing, radiant heat, fixtures etc. The crew all did great work, but most important the owner Rob is an honest guy and stands by his work. It isn't about the money with him, he cares enough to do the job right often at his expense not yours. When you deal with guys for the duration of the project you get to know them and how they operate. He is one of the few subcontractors on the list that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. read more
