He and his man shoveled all the walkways and the driveway so my wife could get her car out in the morning. They did this because they wanted to make sure the repair would work, and after the installation of the part, there was a certain amount of time the system needed to reboot. I repeatedly tried to pay him for all the extra attention and he refused. This is a true pay it forward company. There are few of these type of businesses these days. He limits his client base because it's not about the money it's more of a passion for this guy. I wish you nothing but more success.

I met with Grossman to swap out a toilet & the water controls in a shower (non-emergency service call). Matt came to my house to provide an estimate. I've attached a picture of his neat workmanship of the shower cartridge (hidden behind the wall). IMO, he did a good job & I will be using Grossman again.

Because it was late in the night and the nature of the work, they had promised us they would come first thing in the morning. They also walked me through what work needed to be done (i.e. upgrading the existing exhaust to the chimney as ours is not up to code, replacing x valve, etc...), which was nice and assuring. I had an extremely pleasurable experience using this vendor and will definitely contact them again for future work!

We have had exclusively positive experiences with Dragonetti; they were recommended by not only our…read morenext door neighbors, but also other locals as well. We previously used another plumber and had very mixed experiences so we wanted to try someone new and are overwhelmingly happy with our decision to do so. Across 2 diagnostic calls, 2 regular service calls, and 2 jobs for "new" work, Dragonetti has been consistent in their deliverables and the quality experience they brought with it. I have to give special recognition to both the office staff that handles scheduling and, in particular from the plumbing team, Nick (although his colleagues have always been equally professional). Nick is extremely easy to talk to, explains everything clearly, and does not "hide the ball" whatsoever. What he promises is what he delivers in both scope of work and pricing. A particular point of appreciate we have is Nick & his team's responsiveness between Facebook messages with the company to get in touch at off hours and promptly returned phone calls/texts (scheduling and ETA communication for appointments). A recent example, we experienced a (at the time) scary situation with our boiler very late on a Friday. Nobody else returned our call despite having answering services and promising a call back. We got a 2am acknowledgment and prompt follow up the next day (Saturday). Within an hour, Nick was at our house and spent an hour listening to our concerns and diagnosing the issue/coming up with a plan. He left with a follow up scheduled and came through as discussed without any bumps along the way. I really cannot stress enough how stress free communications have been with Dragonetti in all regards and I understand why they are so highly regarded locally. Moving forward, they will be our go to for plumbing issues because we know what to expect and do not have to worry about quality concerns on their work, all of which has held up without skipping a beat. Highly recommend.
