ALI WAS OUR KNIGHT IN SHINING BLACK MERCEDES ARMOR! We were at the train station on a Friday evening waiting for our relaxing train ride back to Los Angeles after a long day that began with a very early morning. The announcements started notifying that the train was running 30 minutes late... then 45 min.... then news that the train delay was going to be at least another 1 1/2 hours until we could board and that was ONLY if the track was cleared by inspector. Long story short this was NOT how we saw our friday night going. The whole point of taking the train was to avoid having to do the drive... so dealing with the airport and renting a car was not in the cards. I use Lyft for around town rides but not super comfortable with the idea of a long freeway drive. Cut to a yelp search and calling half expecting to not be able to reach anyone because it was friday night.... WRONG! Ali answered promptly was at the train station in lightening speed and got us home safe and sound.
