Martha brought her team early the following day and cleaned every detail of the house including steam cleaning the carpets, and washing drapes and linens to be sure the environment was safe and comfortable for our mother to return! But the most bizarre thing is that she ate food from my fridge. Customer service acknowledged this and apologized, they offered to have someone come back for a "touch up" but I would not trust anyone from that company to enter my home again. They did not offer any refund. I demanded a refund of the $30 cash tip I left the cleaner, which they did provide. Look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.
