When we got in touch with Titan, we had one bathroom with a working toilet but no faucet, and one bathroom with a faucet but no toilet. Our contractor couldn't get our previous plumber to make time for us, and when they suggested bringing in another company to at least get us one complete bathroom, the first plumber said he wasn't coming back. Needless to say, we were in a pretty uncomfortable and anxious situation when Titan stepped in, but Chris and Shaun did an amazing job for us. Not only did they continue to squeeze us into their schedule to keep work going, they also fixed some of the poor installation issues left by the first plumber. We'd bought Hansgrohe and Toto fixtures, and those require following manufacturer instructions and a degree of precision to install, which, given the bizarre configuration of one shower and the upside down trim in the other, our first plumber had not taken the time to fully understand. I'd give no stars if I could. I was quoted for a shower pan, shower walls, and enclosure to be installed. I provided all the materials, just wanted it to be installed. Showed the plumber everything, including the glass enclosure, and he started working with no issues. Once the job was wrapping up, he said normally they don't do glass enclosures and that would be extra from what I was quoted. I called their office to see how much extra it would be and was told they just don't do enclosures at all, even though I was quoted for an enclosure install. So when it came time to pay, I asked how much it would be since they didn't do the enclosure even though the quote explicitly said "shower pan, walls, AND enclosure." I was told the price isn't changing and that the office lady who put the quote together didn't know what an enclosure is... I received other quotes from other plumbers that were significantly cheaper, because they didn't include putting up the enclosure. After paying the full price for 2/3 of the quoted work, I called Titan back and said "before I leave a bad review, I want to give you the chance to make this right. I have no issue installing the enclosure myself, if you send someone back out to seal it up so that it's water tight. The only reason I'm redoing this shower is because of a leak in the first place." They agreed and sent a plumber out to "finish" the job. After letting the caulking cure for over 24 hours, I just water tested it and it's leaking all over the place. Honestly, I was contacted by Titan because of request I put in through Yelp for a few plumbers, but I'm glad I was able to do business with them. It was arranged that Chris would come to the house to look at the job we had, which was removing a water line and capping it off as our refrigerator was going to be moved due to a renovation. The water line for the new hook up was completed by our installer, but he wouldn't do the capping off of the old water line. When the date was agreed on, Chris showed up and more than helpful when another plumbing problem was presented to him as well as the previous agreed upon job. Titan Plumbing did not fix the problem and make up lies. They responded to a home warranty service request 2 weeks after they were assigned. The faucet was vibrating with deafening noises and pipes were bending . When the guy came finally, he spent 3 minutes to open the screen on the faucet, said it's old, didn't look under the sink, didn't bring a single tool and left. What plumber responds to a problem without any tool, not even a screwdriver? How does he know it's old? He didn't look any further but the screen on the faucet. We have saved the video of this 3 minute job! Then the home warranty company could not get any response, the numerous emails and phone calls were ignored by the owner, 26 days later, they have not heard from Titan. Now they are lying again saying I want them to lie for me to get paid. That is another lie. We wanted a competent assessment about the vibration, bending pipe and deafening noise. News to you, another plumber looked under the sink and found the problem!!! I suggest to read the reviews. When it's a home warranty service, the complaints are all the same, Poor! They left an 80 year old couple on a home warranty case astray as posted on their review. The home warranty rates are regulated, the reason they do a 3 minute job! Titan Plumbing is a relatively new but very solid "old school" family owned plumbing company. I called Titan because our hot water heater was older and not generating the amount of hot water we expected. Chris came to our home a couple of days later and inspected our water heater. Indeed we did need a new water heater. I was emailed bids for a gas water heater as well as a bid for a tankless water heater that were well in line with other bids we received. We decided on a new 50 gallon water heater and decided to give Titan our business because Tiffany and Chris were both very professional and friendly. Once I approved the bid, Tiffany called and we were scheduled to have the new water heater installed just a few days later. Chris arrived on time and accomplished the installation of our new 50 gallon water heater in a few hours. Chris was very efficient and friendly and we are extremely pleased with the work he did installing new unit. We have plenty of hot water again! We feel that we paid a fair price for the work done. While this is a fairly new company they have been doing plumbing in the area for years. They were prompt, even early and did a fantastic job. The problem was a pain in the butt, but they did not give up or reschedule for another day. They stayed and got it completely taken care off. When they left you never knew they had been there snaking out the main drain. Everything was cleaned up and no smell. They were very professional and friendly which I greatly appreciated.
