We also have the quarterly service for keeping bug, spiders and wasps, etc. out of our house and garage. I rarely see any bugs or spiders in our house but occasionally in the garage I see one. Maybe if the garage wasn't crammed full it would help. . Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep! After telling me that I had not come to the door; she said, "All right, we will cancel your service" and banged the phone in my ear. I realize that if I have termites, they will not honor a contract, but they never really check for termites when they do come. Having this company is really having no coverage at all! A pity, since they seemed to have a nice selection but I noticed none of their mowers had prices marked on them. Rarely a good sign.
