They were very nice on the phone when I spoke with them and told me exactly how things would work; but when I actually needed them, they were no where to be found. Not sure if it's a legal thing or not, but my lawyer said I could 'rescind' my bond and start serving my time, but yet TItans said I cannot do unless we go to court and consider myself a "flight risk", which is insane. I just wanted to keep my job when I get out and fix myself, and Titans was very unhelpful in the process.
