They arrived promptly and installed both TVs in a very short amount of time. We also had a 3rd TV that we needed help mounting on a floor TV stand and we hadn't mentioned to them in our quote. That was no problem for them and they had it mounted in only a few minutes. They were fantastic and we would highly recommend this company!

(I used a few other pest control Groupons and was not impressed - the staff didn't even say hello when they came, and I still saw bugs after their treatments) I originally opted not to get the regular treatment package, but called Fred again when I saw a mouse in the house! He was responsive and came out the next morning. And again he was very helpful, respectful, and thorough. I now have the regular service, and I'm confident that Fred will get right back to me if I text him with a question or concern.

I fell into the trap of buying one of their Groupon promotional services for residential spraying and they basically took my money & ran with it. I have been trying to schedule my service since July 12, 2019 by texting the number provided on the Groupon Deal, I have called them directly 4 TIMES and provided all my information to their customer service agents requesting a call to book, and my most recent attempt I explained to the agent how impossible it was to book and that I've never received a call back from anyone & would like a full refund.... and not surprising, I'm still waiting on a call back. I found a bill at 8:45 am on the day they were to do their yearly exam. They could not have crawled under the house or examined the garage; I would have had to let them in. This has been a repeated problem, year after year with this company. When Mrs Ferrell called up to "collect," I pointed out that no inspection had been done. After telling me that I had not come to the door; she said, "All right, we will cancel your service" and banged the phone in my ear. I realize that if I have termites, they will not honor a contract, but they never really check for termites when they do come. Having this company is really having no coverage at all! My home has been put at risk by using this company. Just be warned if you choose to do business with this company!
