I found a bill at 8:45 am on the day they were to do their yearly exam. They could not have crawled under the house or examined the garage; I would have had to let them in. This has been a repeated problem, year after year with this company. When Mrs Ferrell called up to "collect," I pointed out that no inspection had been done. After telling me that I had not come to the door; she said, "All right, we will cancel your service" and banged the phone in my ear. I realize that if I have termites, they will not honor a contract, but they never really check for termites when they do come. Having this company is really having no coverage at all! My home has been put at risk by using this company. Just be warned if you choose to do business with this company!

We also have the quarterly service for keeping bug, spiders and wasps, etc. out of our house and garage. I rarely see any bugs or spiders in our house but occasionally in the garage I see one. Anyway after our move in 2024 we've had termite treatment to the new house because the builder was lazy and just put out a few ground containers with sticks of wood! The poor technician who came was here a really long time especially drilling the concrete porch in back! He said the concrete was at least 20" deep!
