Much cheaper than the dealership was going to charge me. Owner was very nice. Extremely talkative and seem like an overall good guy. I can't speak on the business as a whole but the guy at the front with the back brace has to be the most unprofessional person I have come across without me getting a few words out to explain my situation. If I was the owner I would wonder how much business I am losing because of this. I wouldn't spend a dollar with them as there are many other shops to choose who are much nicer to potential customers. I chose to ignore his rude behavior and just keep my mouth shut and leave to prevent a confrontation. Remember this some people will not make a big deal about things they just won't return and spend their money. Do better be better.

Tommy…read morewas very difficult to understand and all we wanted done was an oil change and a cold start valve replaced. Picked up the car and was handed a bill for $4190.38. We were floored and wanted to know what in the world they did to the car. In very broken engrish, Tommy told my wife and I the timing chain needed to be replaced and told us he could not get a hold of my wife so he preformed the service anyway. Problem is, our car is three years old has 27900 miles on it and is covered by the manufactures warranty. This guy is a crook and a con. Two days after we got the car back, it acted the same way as when we brought it in so we had it towed back to BMW and was told the cold start valve needed to be replaced and so did the water pump. It was now leaking. As it turns out, the timing belt was NOT replaced or even looked at, it would appear they instead replaced the serpentine belt and tried to charge us for the timing belt. Dallas BMW warrantied the repair, replaced the water pump and cold start valve as we asked and the car runs great. We cancelled our AMX charge with Tommy Techs and called and asked for the parts they claimed to have replaced only to now have Tommy claim he could not understand what we were asking for and hung up on us! Crooks from the word GO!
