They are always happy to see you, go out of their way to get what you need and not upgrade you out of your wallet. My entire tire installation with free balancing took less than an hour. When I showed up they gave me a hassle for not being able to find my appointment that I scheduled. Tom took a look at my tires and said that he did not recommend doing a tire rotation because one of them was dry rotted, however he did not say it kindly. He went on to tell me that basically my tire would pop on the interstate and that I would die. Was not impressed with this sales pitch and did not appreciate the fear mongering. They closed in 30 minutes so it seemed like they just didn't want to do the work.
