Never an issue with the final product but don't be confused by the appointment function on their website. It does not guarantee you a spot. 12:30 appointment and I'm still here at 3:30 and just saw my car go on to the lift. Plan for your entire afternoon to be taken up here. read more

A while back, my TPMS alert lit up on my dash. I reached out to my dealer for pricing . They wanted $1158 + tax it replace all four sensors. Diagnostics to figure out which sensors have failed is $107.50. At Discount Tire, they isolated the bad sensor at no charge and replaced it for under $80. Do the math. Sensors typically last 6 years. When it's your turn, run to Discount Tire and save yourself a ton of money. read more

My son had taken a tired to Big O in Jeff and they told him they couldn't plug the tire that I needed a new tires. I called around and Discount Tires always has the best prices. They ordered the tire for me, but when I took it up there, I asked them could the old tire be plugged? He said they would look at it and let me know. Went to pick up the tire and they were able to plug it. This is why I continue to go back to discount tire, because they could've charged me for a new tire, but did the right thing and plugged it saving me more money. read more

Discount Tires employees are so helpful and courteous. The prices are better than any business that I compared prices to. I mentioned to the associate that helped me that I don't know why anyone would want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend this store to anyone. read more

Exceedingly friendly people and service was great Very clean and professional The waiting area is spacious And got a good deal on tires read more

Reasonable price, on-time, excellent service, happy with the experience. I needed three tires (one was still good) and I found them on their site. Ordering the tires and setting up the appointment couldn't have been easier. The tires were delivered ahead of the date and I could have received service two days ahead of my appointment. I dropped off my vehicle and was welcomed, walked through what would happen, given an extremely accurate timeline by a very professional representative. Everything went to plan and I have no issue! read more

Excellent service. Good warrant. i have 4 vehicles and Discount Tire has put tires on everyone.

I've been a customer of Discount Tire for many years, and this particular location since they opened the doors. I have never had a bad experience here!! The guys are very knowledgeable and courteous! They listen to any concerns the customers may have. (I've listened to how they treat others customers while there waiting) Over the years I've recommended friends and family as well. That's how confident I am in this company!! They're the Best!! read more

This crew is top notch. I bought a set of tires on line during their Labor Day sale. I made an appointment for installation for 8:15 this morning. I arrived at 8:10. By 8:20 my car was in the bay. Three guys stared working on my car. Within 30 minutes my new set of tires were on and ready to go. By 8:50 I was driving off the lot! They make doing business with them very easy. read more

Super fast service, great value, fair prices, and always good people to work with. Love this place and I can see why it's highly recommended. I was so happy I got the staff a pizza to show my appreciation. Will definitely continue doing business here and I highly recommend! Thank you! read more

Bought my tires back in August. Great deal and great value for the tires. Came back this week with a nail in my passenger front tire (with no appointment), and was in and out in 20 minutes including the repair, and a rotation and balance. I thought I would have to wait to get in, and wait forever once I did get in, like several other places in the area, where all you do is wait. Nope, not here...and the service is quality as well. Friendly staff. Courteous. And, when I was handed my keys, I was told there was no charge! Highly recommended! read more

I'll start by first saying that this location is professional, clean, and very helpful in many ways. The guys here are friendly and always so helpful. Discount tire as a company puts their customers first and are the reason I'll only buy tires here and also recommend them any chance I get. It rare to find a place that doesn't make you feel like they are going to squeeze every penny you have out of you. Keep up the great work! read more

This location is BUSY. Call ahead before you go to see about wait times, especially if you have kids. Also, am I not aware of the practice of putting your back tires on the front when only replacing two? I came in for two front tires and left with two new back tires and my back was put on the front. Other than this confusion, I was provided great service and a good quality product. I'm no longer at the gas station every few days paying for air and have peace of mind while driving my crazy kids around. I was a walk in and was still given the keys back in a timely manner. Priceless! read more

My car kept indicating my tire pressure was low. It was 5:00 pm and I was worried about getting in somewhere before closing time. I stopped by Discount Tire because it was close by. I was greeted at my car by an employee (I wish I would have gotten his name). I explained the problem, & he had me pull my car around to the service bay. He said he thought it was a problem with the sensor settings on my car. He checked pressure in all four tires, helped me reset the sensor settings, & sent me on my way within 15-20 minutes. Great service - highly recommend!! read more

Horrible Service! Has went down hill over the last few times I've been in! Give them an 1.5 to do a tire rotation come back in to get it at the time they said it would be done They need another 45 minutes horrible will not be back!! And this is on a Wednesday during WORKING HOURS! I would not recommend them! read more

Added the insurance last time and tire completely replaced after a flat for free! The insurance is cheap and one time read more

This is the only place where everyone does everything! Guys that work out in the tire Bay Area, also works the front counter! Once I came in with my father-in-laws tractor tire that had a hole in it! I told them to please plug it fast before my father-in-law came home and found his tractor missing a tire! They plugged it and threw it back in my truck in under 5 minutes and didn't charge me a damn thing! Then I get a nail in the sidewall of my 4 wheel drive tire! I didn't have opted for the road hazard warranty when I bought the tires and was looking at a tire replacement, as the tire with the nail was unrepairable! Instead of making me buy a whole new tire that was over $400.00, he let me buy the road hazard warranty on all my tires for just $310.00! Now I have road hazard warranty on all the tires from here on out!! And this isn't even my first review of this place! What ever is going on here, it's a good thing! Good music playing and the guys look like friends out there working! read more

I went here earlier this week to get a wheel switched out for my truck, all of the staff I talked to was very friendly and made me feel welcome. they were able to complete the service in a timely manner even though they were busy when I arrived. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family and come back if I need any more help with tires! read more

Three sets of tires from these people in 2 years. Not one set of tires lasted over 10,000 miles. They keep telling me my car is the problem yet I've had the entire front end rebuilt and I've been told it's fine by everybody else. All they want to do is sell me new tires constantly. I will never go here again and I cannot recommend you go either as their products are cheap, do not last and they just want to sell you more. read more

Paid 619.00 for 4 new tires and one of the people working there stole the chrome value stem caps i called up there and they tried to say that the brand new valve stem caps where corroded. I went to Walmart and got the same ones they took for 2.49. If you plan to in there and have decent valve stem caps be sure to take then off or someone there will take them and put plastic caps on your valve stems. It's pretty petty though that one of them working there would just take them instead of putting my valve caps back on regardless of they where less then a week old and shiny with no corrosion. I'd go to a different location if i was you. It was over a hour wait until they got my car in then took my valve stem caps without even showing me anything wrong with them and regardless the caps i had on it where just fine it was just one of the young punks working there thought mine looked good and took them to put on his p.o.s car not knowing you could get them at Walmart for 2.49 read more

The best experience I have ever had in an automotive services business. Their price was fair, they got me in the same day when other companies couldn't touch my car for at least 2 days, and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Their online tracking helps minimize any communication breakdowns. I would recommend Discount Tire to anyone looking for prompt and professional service! read more

I would give 10 stars if I could. I made an online appointment, got lost, called and spoke with Dominic who was cheerful, professional and very helpful. I had a screw in my tire and it needed repair or replacement. Justin checked me in, again outstanding customer service. Sent a link to my phone so I'd receive updates. Then, I settled into a clean, organized, welcoming customer service waiting area. It did not take long, the repair went quickly and expertly. Dominic closed out the transaction and gave me some recommendations on full-size spare tires that I asked for. I live in Louisville, but whenever I do need a set of tires. This will be the ONLY place I will do business with. Great deals; military discount; remarkable customer service. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thanks, guys!!! read more

Noticed some tire issues (nails and scrap metal imbedded into rubber) 336 miles into our road trip. This store happened to be a minute from our motel. On a busy Saturday morning, they were able to bump up my appointment an hour and a half to remove the metal and do a tire rotation, getting us back on the road a lot sooner than expected. Great location, and highly recommended! read more

I told my husband today that I would love to give Discount Tire our business from now on! They close at six but they worked on lots of people's cars who came in at the last minute, like me with a flat tire, with the best attitude, the friendliest service and they fixed my flat tire for free! And did not try to sell me tires or any funny business like I often encounter at car places! I highly recommend this location!! read more

Business was recommend by a friend who's a car collector. My 99 Corvette with 34k miles is my baby and I was really anxious about anyone touching it. They understood my concern and were very careful not just with the new rims, but the original ones. Definitely earned my future business. read more

Discount Tire - Wheels on 99 Vette - Tires Near Me - Clarksville, Indiana

From the first interaction to the last, very friendly and professional. I came in with one of my tires needing repair. They were able to locate the 2 objects quickly and was able to repair my tire. I like how they take time to knock some of the rust off of the tire bolts, and sprayed a nice tire shine on them. I had a tire rotation done at the dealer, and they forgot to reset the TPMS. Matt at Discount Tire took care of me. read more

I believe my experience was bad because I am a black man.I paid them immediately & they told me 1 hour.I have been sitting here 3 hours & they are about to close. No service for me. read more

I had three vehicles that needed tires. After a referral from a friend, I decided to give them a try. I got three sets of tires for less than $1,400.00. All three sets were on the vehicles in just under two hours, and that included a 45 minute drive round trip (two drivers, three cars). These guys know tires, know tire installation, are fast, friendly and very customer oriented. After a brief conversation with the manager who greeted me when I arrived, I now understand more about tires than I did before. Not only did I get a good deal, I got an education, too. I won't go anywhere else now. read more

Great service and prices. Very easy to use their app to make appointments. Was in and out fast.

Had a great experience here. Been going to a competitor for my tires for years. Got tired of "we will get right to it". Then over an hour later your car is still parked exactly where you left it. There are still 3 oil changes and a brake job ahead of you. Not here. They only do wheels and tires. Frustrated I pulled up expecting the same. I was met with a friendly greeting immediately. Discussed my needs and what they had to offer. Got a great tires with a great warranty at a great price. Plus I was in and out in 30 minutes rather that 3+ hours like in the past. Customer service here is top notch. They went above and beyond to earn my business and now they have EARNED a customer for life. read more
