After work, I discovered a screw in my rear tire, and while an hour at the tire shop wasn't exactly how I wanted to spend my evening, they got me taken care of and back on the road quickly. Olie was so helpful and kept me in the loop once they got my car on the rack for service. I'm especially thankful for their tire coverage--I've had to have a tire replaced before and this time they were able to simply plug it. Run-flats aren't cheap, and Discount Tire has been my go-to tire shop for years now. Great service once again!

I left with a broken center cap. They said it was already broken, but I am skeptical about that and feel they were trying to gaslight me instead of taking accountability. You can see from the picture, 3 of the 5 clips and the ring are gone from the cap, I doubt this would have been holding on for any amount of driving. They also trashed the wheels. If they weren't able to do the work without doing damage, they should have said something ahead of time and let me decide on whether that was worth it. Spoiler, it wasn't. All photos were taken in the parking lot before leaving.

I pulled into an O'Reily's (see 5star review for that!) and Jay there recommended me to Carson at Val's, who were open on Sunday. My car made it there Sunday morning. Carson took me in right away and helped diagnose my car for a very reasonable fee, as well as gave me price estimates for the repairs. Due to other work I had recently had done, we decided that the best thing for me was actually to tow back to Indy. Carson gave me some paper work and their assessment results so that I could have some more info for my home garage. This kind of service, especially for an out of state, stressed out, traveller and then they didn't even get the big job -- it's just stellar and SO appreciated. I'm in that areaa few times a year, and you'd better believe I've got their card if I ever get in a bind and need some services again, they would definitely get my business. #ReviewsByRL
