This store is poorly run. I went to the one in Middletown and they were amazing. This one I stopped yesterday to schedule an oil change and tires rotation. Came in at 11am the schedule appointment time and almost two f??????? Hours later still here. I ask how much longer and the reply was 15 minutes or so. Then the manager said they had to go get an oil filter would have been nice if someone would have said something. While my rotation is free here for the new tires it is the last damn time I ever stop here. These guys are horrible for service I would recommend you avoid at all cost read more

1. Don't schedule on website...it doesn't work 2. Called wrong number all day 3. Car dropped off at 9am, done at 6:30pm 4. Technician didn't put my car in park, left it in drive and it rolled clear across the parking lot and almost hit an oncoming vehicle. Then he just shrugged his shoulders. Full Story--- Came in at 9am having scheduled an appointment online to have a oil change and wheel alignment and having received a confirmation text to then be informed by the manager than the website doesn't work and I don't have an appointment. The automated system confirmed it but it doesn't sync with their computers....you may want to fix that. He said he could fit me in though. 1. Weird thing. Then instead of taking down my name and number fully he quickly pulled up my works office number and info based off of my license plate that had covered an oil change before. So they then spend the day calling but they can't get ahold of me cuz they didn't ask for my info and said I was good to go. Finally I call at 1:00 to check and workout what they need from me. 9am car dropped up 6:30pm car is able to be picked. 2. Weird thing. To top it off...the technician doesn't put my car in park and it rolled across the parking lot and almost collided with an incoming car. When some other customers outside brought it to the technician attention...I kid you not...he shrugged his shoulders. The first manager was having a rough day and seemed very busy but did his best to be kind to me. The poor second manager when I went to pick up the car really didn't know how to handle the car rolling away. Set up an appointment for 10:00 am for four new tires. Told them I would kill some time, walk around, shop at Meijers, etc. but needed it ready by noon for work. Come back at 11:30 and they have it on the rack, tires strewn around with the old treads still on. Place is basically empty too, one other car on a rack. Never again! read more

Dropped my car off before hours to have a full synthetic oil change. They called me to let me know my car was ready. Got the oil change on sale, and the synthetic special is supposed to get your fluids checked and topped off. Tire rotation as well. The tires were not rotated or the fluid's topped off. I know the tires weren't rotated because there is a small screw in the back right tire. I checked the washer fluid and it's empty. The value was good, but not all services were performed. I have been to the store twice in the past two days. The first day I came in and asked if they could patch my tire because I ran over a screw and they said it would be an hour wait or I could schedule an appointment to come back. The appointment scheduling was quick and painless. When I went back today, the staff was super friendly and helpful. They got to me right on time. I could tell that they were really busy yesterday and today, but the employees handled it really well and tried to help all of the customers to the best of their ability. Brought my vehicle for new tires several months ago. Time for rotation. We have a noon appointment. Also having an oil change. They are running as synthetic oil change special for $44.99. On first visit we were very happy with the service and the tires have been great. They told me on first visit I needed new struts. Since I am going to get rid of the car within the next 18 months I didn't want to incur that cost so we decided on rear shocks to be s temporary remedy. the tires and shocks have made a big difference in the ride of the car. So far, good decision. It does take a few hours for them to get to the job so I advise having somebody pick you up while they do the work. Allin all a good experience read more

I took my car into this shop to have a grinding noise investigated. They called me later in the day to state I needed major brake work. I gave them the go ahead to perform the repairs. When I went in to pay for the repairs, I was informed the expensive repairs were not the cause of the grinding noise. They stated it was my transmission that was at fault. I stated that I wouldn't have had the work done had I been properly informed of the real issue. They "graciously" offered me a discount on the brake work. I don't need brakes if the car won't go!! Now I'm looking for a transmission shop. Stay away from these people. read more

This is the second time that I have had an issue with this store, I had tires installed for all my cars here but I can see that I will start buying my tires at Costco. This is why all the businesses lose customers that are typically customers for life and bring their children along with them. I sit here listening to a customer that is joking with your employee and they pull her car in first. Last time I was in here I made appointment early so they would get my truck completed so I could go on with my day and they get slammed I see my truck with wheels off and the technician was doing the oil change so I said something to the lady that was working counter and she goes and put my wheels back on without doing rotation and balance so I just dealt with it for few months. But I draw the line. After I stood up there and saying something that I had appointments at 9:00 am and he acts like he doesn't know what my vehicle is, just been 30 minutes. Now I see oil leak when I packed out of my parking space, so I get underneath my truck get dirty and find out the the oil pan screw is leaking from not being tight enough or washer don't know that was the job of the place I paid to do the service, so I check my oil it's low. I had the pleasure of getting 2 nails in 2 separate tires on the same day and had to get air to get to Tire Discounters down the street. I called and spoke with Shawn who told me he would squeeze me in and get my tires changed but he would need an hour. I said no worries and had none from beginning to end! Shawn got to my car and found out I had actually had 3 bad tires an more nails in the 2 that had nails. Thanks to home renovations and parking in the grass I had no idea how bad my tires were. He also told me a head light was out but that he would take care of it for me if i got all new tires! Deal made and all new tires purchased I spent maybe 2 hours waiting and did so in their comfortable waiting room. The lady that was behind the counter was hilarious and made the wait feel shorter while we discussed the plight of Dr Phil's guests. Always a hoot with that guy! Took my car here for snow tire mount and an oil change, took 3.5 hours then they finally told me a stud on my front passenger side was "snapped when I brought it in" and that they'd do their best to get my lug on. Didn't do that and sent me home w 4/5 lugs on my wheel. Furthermore, I had been taking this car to a very reliable mechanic who always took me back to show me any issues for the 2 years leading up to this, only reason I didn't go to him was because I had moved states recently. Quoted me on fixing it but I wouldn't take my car back there even if it was free. Right before Christmas, I stopped in at the Preston Highway location with warning lights flashing signifying a problem with my tire inflation. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Had appointment...1 hour 35 min later started to leave and noticed they didn't rotate tires. Wonder how many people they pulled that one on? Stopped on way home to check tire pressure and you guessed it.... that was not done either. Funny thing is they cleaned my tires off like they had actually done something to them. Brought car in on Sat weeks ago was turned away because of to many customers tried to make appointment but none after work. Brought it in 3 sat later car was left but when told car was done brake light that was charged was not fixed as well as no sticker for oil change which I believe there was no oil change done either (I can't tell). Dirty gloves were left under hood. When Brought back they wouldn't change unless I would leave car again. Visited today for the first time. Noticed a large nail in my tire. Based on customer service that I have received in the past from other companies I expected the worse. I honestly expected to be told the could not patch the tire and that I needed a new one. The employee that waited on me was very nice and helpful. He checked for air loss. The tire was loosing air once the nail was removed. My children and I waited as he repaired the tire. He came back out holding my keys with a smile and said this one is on the house, no charge. First the appointment online never works. So I call to verify with the store. Some body answers their cell phone. The number was being forwarded. I finally get someone at the store around 10am. Nothing about my appointment. I drop my car off for a oilchange and tire rotation. A couple of hours later I receive a call informing me of a part that needs to be replaced and it was recommended to change both at the same time. The part was marked up over 300 percent and the labor was misquoted . What should of been a estimate of 140 dollars market average from garages. The estimate was five hundred dollars. The explanation I got was that what was in the computer. Now whether I was over charged from negligence or malice. Someone should have commonsense enough to know 2 parts and four nuts removed and tighnted would not equal to what was on the paper. So either your ripping people off or you just don't know what your doing. Bad business. read more

To be fair and upfront, I did not purchase anything at this location; I was only there as potential customer to get estimates on new tires for my car. I asked for a specific tire brand and comparable tires they carried. Their price was considerably higher than other competitors. They said it was because it included alignment & road hazard as well. (But when I added in the cost of alignment & road hazard for other stores, they were still higher. ) They did give me a quote on one other tire brand and insisted that I should get that one - really pushing their recommended tire in an overly odd manner. I thanked them of their time and headed out to get more prices at other stores...when... I was half way to my car in the parking lot and one of the guys (manager?) came after me yelling "why aren't you going to get those tires from us?" It was a bit shocking. I explained that I had more stores to visit and some research on tires to do. He said "I'll do the research for you. Let's go back inside and look them up on my phone." I declined 3 times as he insisted I go back in with him. When I started walking to my car he appeared to become exasperated and threw his hands up and said "I don't know why you don't want those tires from us!" It was very unnerving and strange. If I was nervous after just asking for prices, I can't imagine how I'd feel having them actually work on my vehicle. read more

I asked him why wasn't my vehicle ready? He said, "I told you it would be an hour!" I said that it had been an hour. He said, "It's only been 45 minutes!"
