On the initial visit, I thought that tire plus would be a great option to service my vehicles there in Jonesboro.. after the third visit, the personnel blatantly asked me, why don't I complete my car services elsewhere. I bought four tires and front brakes. They recommended front tires, brakes front and back and showed me front brakes that were needed to be replaced, but the backs were still good to better.. after a couple of times when I didn't do all the recommendations that's when I got the don't care about you treatment. I recommend better management training and personnel. From my experience when the management supervision is not professional, neither is the work personnel. No company standards, and no regards to consequence. read more

These guys are amazing. I went there yesterday because my teen driver hit a curb and caused quite a bit of damage - popping a tire, messing up alignment, and damaging the underside. I showed up and they replaced my tire and fixed my alignment within an hour or so. Then I drove away and came back twice with issues in the underside and they fixed it both times without any hassle or extra charges. They were super busy when I showed up and worked late to get everything done for all of us. They didn't try to up-charge for anything and were very friendly despite being busy and working late. read more

Do Not Have Any Work Done At This Location. I arrived early for my 2pm front end REalignment appointmenet, the Service Rep checked me in and five minutes later drove my van around and into a bay, raised it up and it was there nearly two hours. I stated to the Service Rep that no ones is or has been working on my vehicle. I was taking to my vehicle and he pointed to a stratch on struts and noted that could be the problem. i was finally able to speak to the Head Mechanic that took my van down put it on the alignment rack, realized there was a problem and attempted to repair it. If I could give a 0 rating, I would!!! I took my vehicle here for a oil change and they crashed my car into a closed door while trying to back it out of the garage! They damaged my rear bumper and told me to go get 3 estimates so they could repair it. I got the estimates and brought them back. Those estimates sat in the same spot for over a month with no progress! I contacted the corporate office who in so many words told me there's nothing they can do because the location was under new management. Do your a favor and find a different place to take your car. Went there for an oil change and came back to my check engine light on.. when I first walked in I explain that I only put in regular oil not what's recommended on the cap. Came back they gave me a blend .. flush the oil the put to put what I said in the first place .. the light was still on was told to come back the next day so they can check why . Car was there all day no one touch it . Then was told to bring it back for the manager Jason to tell me the guy that works on that isn't there to bring it back.. smh also they will over charge you!! PLEASE BEWARE!!! I went in for a vehicle inspection and they pulled my ECM fuse and tried to charge me $100 to read the engine code. If your check engine light comes on after leaving this location. Check the code yourself. and if it reads "p2138" check your ECM fuse before giving them more money. I pushed the fuse back in and now my car is fine. I went to this tire plus location on TARA BLVD because I was having problems with my power steering. I drove the car up there with no check engine lights and no problem except my steering wheel being tight when I turn. The mechanic diagnosed my car as having a bad rack and pinion. I recently had one installed from a junk yard so I knew that could possibly be the problem. As soon as I leave and turn on Highway 138, my traction control light comes on and my check engine light. Then the car starts losing speed and I get an alert on the dash saying "reduce engine power". I turn around and go back to the shop. I open my hood and the power steering cap isn't on. I put the cap on and go into the shop. I tell the guy up front the issue. He states the mechanic that works on the car is on break. I told him I'll wait. The guy up front comes out and see the check engine light is on. He then tells me, "they can read the engine code for $99.00". I told him I'll wait on the mechanic because my car didn't have a check engine light on when I brought it up here.. I have my brother bring my code reader from home. I check the code on the car myself and it said "p2138". I then check my car manual for the Location of ENGINE Control module fuse. I check the fuse box and the fuse was pulled out halfway. Once I pushed the fuse back in the check engine light went away and the car drove fine. I filed a complaint but please BEWARE. I'm a 23 yr old woman and I went by myself and they thought they could get over on me but I do know a little about cars. read more

This Tara Blvd location has always been my go to for tires. They usually give pretty good service. But they change up personnel too much. As soon as you get to know one he's gone. Some are more professional and competent than others. Whether it's management or whatever- and now the building is not being cleaned- restroom and all. Patrons deserve clean facilities. read more

Went to have van wheels aligned. Kind of pricey but work was done right. Communications will be on the level of the beverly hillbillies with these guys but they do get the job done. One complaint, the mechanics got grease all over my white van, I asked them to clean it off he took a paper towel walked out and said its ok, there was more grease on it when he cleaned it than before he supposedly cleaned it! read more

DO NOT bring a diesel vehicle here. The price doubles (not counting the price of the oil). After much argument I finally left with $175 for a change re normally runs about $115. The manager was rude and unable to explain the additional costs. And it took an hour. Poor poor poor! read more
