A job I should have just done myself it's 5 bolts and a wire. You don't have to disconnect anything. It's a simple job. They tried to replace a fuse and say that was the problem. When I explained I saw the pump burnt out and told them how it keep blowing new fuses. Not to mention the warning symbols on the dash. They insisted I was wrong and returned my vehicle after I paid them 200 dollars. I start driving to work and it overheats and all the light are I told them about before are back on. They told me I needed to return the car to the shop. They don't sent vehicles out with service problems. After a couple hour of argument I was finally able to get them to tow it back to the shop. Fast forward 3 weeks later. They told me it was the pump this time and it would be another 900 dollars. I pay them thinking they have fixed my vehicle I can now finally stop riding the bus and working 7 days a week to pay for the repairs. I take my car and start driving to work when you guessed it. My car overheated and all the lights are on again. They tell me I have to drive it back to the shop. Keep in mind I am 24 miles away at this point and I have a broke car I just paid 1100 dollars to be fixed. I wait a few hours and try driving it back. The car is way overheating and they brakes locked up. I told them I am not driving this broken vehicle and they need to get it picked up. They get it back to the shop and tell me. The hybrid battery is overheating and I need to take it elsewhere. I took it to another shop. Only to find out Coloradoland didn't put any coolant in the vehicle after replacing the pump. It burned out the new pump and overheated. Skip ahead 2 more weeks. I have missed out on 600 in wages and paid 1100 dollars. They finally replace the broken part. During these repair they took spare fuses from my car and stole two bottles of coolant from the back of vehicle to finish the work they charged me for. Negligence and incompetence is one thing. Charging me for parts and services and stealing products from my vehicle is wild. It's much hard to get a debit card company to return money for a breach of duty than a credit card company. Lesson learned always use a credit card. Don't let shops steal from you. I am going to post this story everywhere until. This shop is closed. Edit: was called today by the manager trying to convince me that I told him he could use my coolant to complete the repairs. Now he wants to fix the situation after he got called out on the internet for the world to see. Which sounds more likely they were pissed at me for getting upset at them for dragging out these repairs and messing the job up. They tried to get over on me and took product from my vehicle. Or I after paying them hundreds and hundreds of dollars for products and services. Went out of my way to buy them coolant to put in my vehicle that I had already paid them to repair. That coolant was in my vehicle because as I stated they never put any in the vehicle after their repairs. When I took it to another shop to find out what was really going on I purchased that coolant to put in my vehicle to see if this would fix the problem but the pump had already burned out. When I came back in you wanted to act like nothing was your fault I got mad at you. You decided to use my coolant to stick it to me because you were angry at me for holding you accountable for messing this job up. Which seems more likely I went out of my way to provide you with products for repairs that I already paid for or you took something without asking because you were upset and try to get over on me. I know the truth and so do you. Quit lying

Excellent experience from start to finish…read more I needed four new tires and TPMS sensors after discovering my tires had become dangerously worn. Eagle Tires got me in quickly, completed the work efficiently, and the pricing ended up being significantly better than another quote I had received. What impressed me most was how well the business is run. The shop is clean, organized, and everyone is genuinely friendly. Multiple people checked in to make sure I had been helped, and it was great seeing the owner working right alongside his team. You can tell they take pride in their work. The difference was immediately noticeable. My car now feels much steadier on the road, and I regained confidence behind the wheel knowing I was no longer driving on dangerously worn tires. More than just replacing tires, they restored an important sense of safety. Finding trustworthy automotive businesses isn't always easy, so when I find one that earns my confidence, I make sure to recognize it. Eagle Tires has earned my future business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

When we got there, I noticed the shop was more like a business office, which isn't typical of an auto repair shop. You don't even see the repair side. I'm thinking, "This place is gonna be $sspensive!" Was greeted by Dylan. He remembered me from our convo for the quote. Since we didn't have a ride after drop off, my daughter and I had to sit in the waiting area. Dylan was conscious of the wait and squeezed us in to get my car tended to next. The staff was very courteous and offered us donuts and drinks. They even gave us a separate space for social distancing, which was very nice if them. Dylan came to me for things he wanted to point out and kept me notified of all charges. At the end my car was well taken care of and the pricing was fair. I was happy with my experience here. Its a good shop!

After 10 min it became clear they needed to get into the doghouse I have a conversion van so this meant moving a lot of stuff around. I also have a musculoskeletal disability, and it took me about 20 min to move the vast majority of the stuff which needed to be moved, which was a lot for me, I'm still in pain from it, but I did it because that's what needed to be done, but then I always need help with the 70 lb RV refrigerator. 2 min to do for an able bodied guy. mechanic agreed to do it Then they came back and said they couldn't get to the diagnostic stuff that day. And that if I came back: 1) They'd charge me $100 extra for moving the 70 lb RV fridge in and out. 2) They'd charge me twice as much as they had quoted for 1 hr diagnostic. When asked why the front desk drone blathered something about extra time getting in and out of the doghouse. which takes 5 min. I've taken this van to 6-7 mechanics over the years. When the doghouse has needed to be accessed, this has always been the process. It's never been a problem before. I go out of my way, even injuring myself, to do what I can. And then they help with the RV fridge, which only takes a minute. The Americans with Disabilities Act explicitly states that "reasonable accommodations must be made for individuals with disabilities" To charge them more than twice as much is to punish them for having a disability. The fact that most people with disabilities are socio-economically impacted makes this doubly unethical. Whatever good qualities this shop has, Discrimination agains people with disabilities makes the difference and earns them a 1 star review.
