Came to find out, they had broken a spark plug wire while replacing the oil cap...I had to replace the whole set at $144 that plus the oil change was outrageous. I emailed them and never got a response. None of our many vehicles will EVER darken Rice Tires again. They could have at least offered to pay for the repairs for the damage they did!
