DO NOT GO HERE!!! Came here asking about tire prices and they started jacking up my vehicle, took off my tire, and had it replaced even after me and my friend told them several times to stop. Then my bf paid for it and when I demanded the money back because I hadn't wanted the work done, they only wanted to give me HALF the money back but still wanted to take the tire back! They wanted to charge me for labor I didn't agree to or want done in the first place!! I didn't even want their services!! They had ZERO RIGHT to just jack up my car, take off my tire, and start changing it without my consent. Especially when there were two of us telling them no and to stop! Hell, someone was straight SITTING IN THE CAR when they started jacking it up! Services weren't paid for nor did we agree to pay for them in the first place! Don't come here! They understand that customer service is key to success. I had a screw in my tire when I pulled into Paul's used tire. They jacked up the car using the appropriate jacking point so as not to damage the under body, they removed the tire carefully repaired it quickly, And got it back on the car in just a few minutes. They torqued the Lugnuts to 100 foot pounds unlike other repair shops that use so much force you can never get the tire off again. The tire was reinflated to the correct specs, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely go back there if I get another flat! read more

Came here this morning to get the tires pulled off of my stock rims and put on my aftermarket rims and the aftermarket rims installed on my truck the price change 2 different times through this process once they got the rims installed she told me once more it was going to be even more money because my tires were so big, after being irritated and getting overcharged I left as I'm riding home I feel like my rims are wobbling I get out and check and notice that they didn't tighten down the lug nuts on my rear wheels I lost the lug nut on each back rim this place does not take pride in their work and they overcharge people stay away from here... After going back to have them fix what they messed up and replace the lug nuts that wobbled off the lug, it ruined the lug so now I'm short a lug nut for the front and when I told the guy what he was doing is wrong he tried to punch me but that's another story this place is toxic read more

Will never go back here. I had bought my own parts and they put my calipers on the wrong sides causing air to get in my brake line. I almost crashed and they caused more damage to the car then before I went for repairs. They refuse to take responsibility and took my $500. They can take a nail out of a tire but don't trust them when they say they can do anything else. I'm now $3k in the hole because of their careless mistake. Paul's tires is a rip off. First the installed four new tires without balancing. After very rough driving I returned and they balanced the tires a few weeks later one was leaking. They told me for the first time I should have got an alignment. I went and had s professional alignment and the computer printout showed when they balanced the tires they improperly rotated the tires ruining one of the tires which they plugged for 15 bucks leaving a single mom to drive a on a damaged tire that is very dangerous. When I confronted them the owner laughed in my face and told me to get out. For the record the sale went smooth and service was quick but they DO NOT stand behind their work. When they were taking my money they were great when I had a problem the were rude and ignorant and I was surrounded by the mechanics as I was told to get out. read more

The only reason I will give 1 star is because the gentlemen that changed my tire were at least friendly. My tire was almost flat when I got off work at 8am, so I stopped by this establishment to either have it plugged or replaced. I was told that because the screw was on the outer edge of my tire it would be best to replace it, or it would run the risk of getting a knot on the side if plugged, or worse may tear along the tread. The two gentlemen who replaced my tire were nice, quickly switched them out. I was told I was getting an almost new tire and should be good to go. I asked if I had any issues could I come back? Both gentlemen told me they would honor my purchase up to 1 month from the purchase. My tire pressure sensor continued to read low but I was told the other tires just needed to have the same pressure for the sensor to reset. After 3 weeks I had the pressure checked again at the dealership while in for other service and was told the "almost new" tire had been plugged on the outer edge, and was more than likely the source of my leak. I was shocked! So I called the shop and inquired if I could come back to have it corrected. The manager on the phone repeatedly told me he would NOT honor any kind of warranty on a used tire, regardless of what I was originally told. I will never do business here again. I paid nearly $100 for this tire and tipped the guy working on my car, just to find out they are dishonest and taking advantage of people. Very disappointing. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years and never had a problem, but I will NOT be going back. They scratched my wheel VERY badly while mounting my tires. I spoke directly to the owner and he refused to stand behind the work done at his shop, he denied the whole thing even though he was not present when it happened. I just had the wheels professionally painted a month ago and I'm constantly walking around my vehicle so I know for a fact it was not scratched the morning before arriving at the shop. I understand that accidents happen but when they do you have to own it. The owner of the shop is completely spineless for not doing so. Would not recommend ever going here, unless you have zero regard for your vehicle. The low prices are not worth it if there's a chance you're going to leave with damage that they will not compensate you for. You truly get what you pay for here. Great service. I flew into town to drive my fathers car back to Texas and was told by Walmart service center that my two back tires wouldn't make it but unfortunately they didn't service tires with rims. I found this place online since it was near my fathers home. I stopped in and they said the same thing but didn't have the tire size I needed. (the person who helped me said they are a in demand tire so they don't keep them in stock.) Well I had to get on the road that day so they ordered the tires for same day delivery. They came in about 4 hours later (I arrived at 1pm and the tires were there around 5pm like they said they would be) and I was on the road by 6pm. They also were nice enough to fix the slow leak in the front tires. I made it to Houston, TX with no problem. THANK YOU! read more

My opinion ... Pros: They provide really fast curbside service and the repair held. The hours are good and I had no wait on a weekend. Cons: the price is a little higher than I paid at another place, but the other place would have taken much longer. Wow! Talk about service! I really can't say enough good things about this place. I pulled up in front and was literally swarmed by helpful people who actually listened to what I wanted, then took me inside to pick out the tires that I wanted. I told them I had a bent rim from hitting a curb, and they even straightened it out for me at no extra cost. Two used tires and they straightened out the rim for only $93! And everyone there was incredibly friendly, keeping up pleasant conversation the entire time I was there.....which was only about 15 minutes. Really, these guys are on the ball. PROS Staff was nice Work fast Good tires to choose CONS Downside we came here June 12 to get tires put on and they got them on with in a half hour. We start driving down the road not even 5 mins down the road the car starts to shake. We turn around to see what's going. Well there are two car other car there so they said we have to come back on the 13th to get the problem fixed because they can't get to us untill after they close. So we leave and we can't go over 30 miles an hour with being shaken to death. Come back today 13th of June and we have waited for awhile before someone started to take the tire off to fix the problem. MY OVER ALL THOUGHTS I am sorry but this just wrong. I know people have family's but if you mess up putting on tires on a car you should fix them that day that you mess them oh well if you have to stay late. I know at my job we mess up we have to stay in till its fixed and I am sorry making us wait for a while is just wrong. If we would not have had the problem of being told to come back the next day it would have been five stars. But being told to come back is what up set me the most. Then I call back and a guy answers then hangs up on me. boy I tell ya what kind of business is this? If I didn't need one right away I would never go to this place. But I really need a tire today. but finally I get through again and I'm in the middle of telling the guy what I need and he says to me look we are really busy today. well to me that's a good thing I wouldn't tell a customer that they are to busy to wait on me what kind of place is this ? I can understand they are busy but how do you expect to stay in business if you can't help the person on the phone customers are your pay check.sounds like maybe you need to hire more people so someone can take a phone call just saying. Worst place ever!! I went there to get a tire balanced for 15 bucks cool I think we'll think not.I hear the employee in the back cussing about how he can't get the weight on to balance the tire. He comes over to me and tells me my new tire is no good and can't be balanced and he'll sell me a new tire. I declined! So they put my tire back on and tell me I still have to pay for the balancing they didn't do!! Will never be going back or referring anyone for that matter!!! read more

Terrible! Very dishonest. I bought a used tire for use as a spare. Put it in the trunk, drove home, washed it up to put it away, and I found a screw through the tread. I went straight back. They said the screw was not there when they sold it. When I protested, three employees ganged up on me and yelled. They finally plugged the hole, and demanded $15. I did not pay it. I am not sure a plug is a safe repair. I am considering legal action. read more

STAY AWAY!! They sold me 4 used tires 1 of which leaked badly. They patched it but it still wouldn't hold air. So I went to Sams Club (which I HIGHLY recommend) only to find out Paul's extremely over-tightened my lugs. So I went back for Paul's to get them off... they broke a lug ON the tire! I told them it was their fault and they needed to pay for it and they told me they have ZERO liability- I don't think so. Now my mechanic (Johnny's on Crain Hwy. who is AWESOME) has to cut it off with a blow torch and replace the stud and lug- $100 that Paul's expects me to pay. Spend a little more money and go to a REPUTABLE place that guarantees their work and won't sell you garbage tires not even a junk yard would sell. read more
