It was the back brakes and rotors that needed to be replaced along with the calipers. My rear brakes and rotors were replaced in July 2023 by Greenwood Food, so you can imagine my shock when they need to be replaced with less than a year on them. So, when I had the money two weeks later, I scheduled an appointment for the rear brakes. Unfortunately, when I made the appointment my brakes couldn't hold on for another week, so I called Curt and asked him if he had a cancellation to call me. Well, he said to call on Thursday afternoon. When I called back on Thursday, he said he'd be able to get me in on Friday - a week early! Although they had my car all day on Friday and part of Saturday morning, they fixed my brakes! I am grateful they were able to fix my car a week early than my original scheduled date and they'll be the ones I call when I'm ready to have my knock sensor replaced.

We realized that the aerodynamic plate covering the oil fell off and was scraping on the highway. We called the store and pulled in right at closing time. A couple of their technicians stayed behind to lift the car and throw some screws in. Not only was this after they had already closed, but they offered to do it for free, and were extremely polite. I have AAA so…read moreI called to get a tow to a local tire company and this one happens to be right down the street from where I live. But that's not why I picked it. My daughter didn't internship at the BGPD and she said that they really like this place. So I called and they asked me if I wanted it fixed or if I wanted a brand new tire I told them probably a brand new tire. They quoted me a price for the tire and for the job and said it wouldn't be any more than that. We had the tow truck dropped my car off in the next day. I was able to pick it up surprise surprise they didn't have to get me a new tire after all they looked at it. It was fixable and I only spent I think about $56 there. No one tried to fleece me take advantage of me. They could a very easily made me pay for a brand new tire and hike. The price I wouldn't have known so I really trust this place and this is where I'll be taking my car from now on.
