Tire Warehouse located on 91 Bangor Street, Augusta, Maine. Mike is the Store Manager, Andrew, Assistant Manager and Eric, Assistant Manager and Mechanic. Mike is a wonderful representative of Tire Warehouse. He always greets his customers with a smile and professionalism. His Assistants do the same. This brings me back to a couple of Fridays ago. It was a bad, cold, snowy day. I stopped in around 4pm and asked if they could fit me into their schedule and Mike said it would have to be after 6pm due to scheduled customers before me. He asked if I wanted to wait. I said yes because there was a noise under my car that had gotten worse and it had increased since I was on the road that day. I still had 10 miles to travel home and really needed the car for the weekend. Now it is after closing mind you. Eric took my car in and repaired it. I was so happy and felt so safe to travel home in the night. I do want to make another comment. While I was waiting for my car; a gentleman drove in with his oversized truck. He came in and Mike greeted him with a smile and the man proceeded to tell him that one of his tires was acting up etc. Mike did not hesitate; he told the man he would have to start up his air compressor and might take a few minutes. Outside he went in the bitter cold and checked/filled all the man's tires. He came back in and shut every down again. You know he never said "he was closed" to the man. He was thinking about the gentleman that was driving home in this snow storm being unsafe. He put his customers first and I liked that. This group of men along with their mechanics is such a positive asset to Tire Warehouse. Come visit them and see for yourself. They have some great tire sales! This is not a fancy huge place but Mike said they are scheduled for a new makeover coming soon which customers and all his workers will enjoy. Sincerely, Rosemary R. read more

I can't recommend tire warehouse enough. They saved me! I was heading out of state this past Sunday afternoon and my tire pressure light went on in my car. A quick google search informed me that most places were closed, but tire warehouse was open. I called and Sean told me to come on in. I arrived to find it busy. I had three kids and a puppy in tow, and I was fully prepared to find myself stranded for a few hours while they got to my tire. To my sheer delight, Sean (manager?) squeezed me in, and even made the whole experience delightful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs anything to do with tires. I wish al businesses were this efficient and helpful. read more

Its going on 12 or 14 years that I've relied on Tire Warehouse in Augusta for the tire and alignment needs for four family vehicles and an additional few extended family vehicles. Yesterday, while waiting, I listened to Mike get berated by a call-in because, no matter how he phrased it, the caller wouldn't accept that they were booked for the immediate future, especially with snow forecasted. It was painful to watch him get berated when, especially during pandemic times, he has always gone over and above to offer exceptional customer service. This is just a quick "plug" for the best tire shop in Augusta. read more

the service was amazing!! I made an appointment 1 day in advance and called ahead, they did not have my tires in stock, but they were able to order them and receive them in time for my appointment! The job was done fast and at a very good price! highly satisfied and will recommend everyone to go to tire warehouse in Augusta! Customer service was completely amazing! the phone was ringing off the hook and the guy was answering the phones and multitasking orders and making sure to interact with the customers in the waiting room! over all 10/10! keep up the good work guys! read more

Loved the quick service, Andrew was extremely helpful, pleasant and a professional. The wagon we tow with our 4-wheeler for gardening and yard work had two tires that wouldn't hold air, and it is planting and mulch season. Andrew unloaded the tires, confident that he could fix them, replaced the valve stems while I returned to work. I stopped on my way home, and all was ready to go. It doesn't get any easier than that. I love convenience, efficiency and especially all the smiles. Way to go! read more

My car had a sudden flat, far from home. I called in and they advised me on best course of action. I was given an appt the same day. I was very impressed with the care and service I received. I was assisted throughout the process by Dan who made a crappy day/situation so much better. He helped me get back on the road and eventually get new tires. I can't tell you what a relief it was to find this place and staff when I needed the help most. many thanks 10/10! read more

Great service. I limped in on a tire that was going flat fast. They put on my spare, plugged the flat while I ran errands, and the tire was ready to go when I returned. They were very busy, and they were made time for emergencies like this one, for which I am grateful. This was my first time there, but I would happily go back. There were 2 other repeat customers in front of me in line, so I assume they, too, have been happy with their experiences. read more

Happy that I found Dan at Tire Warehouse to help me out with new tires. Customer service is key in my mind and Dan went above and beyond to help me out with my Goodyear tire issues. I highly recommend that if your in the market for new tires you should go see Dan and his crew at tire warhorse for your needs, he recommended new tires that would wear better than the ones I had prior to my new purchase. Thanks again!!! Augusta Tire Warehouse! read more

Tire Warehouse-Augusta is one of those places that looks a bit dingy and doesn't invite one to come in...but since I have been doing business with them on a friend's recommendation, I would not go anywhere else. Mike, the service manager, is wonderfully pleasant and resourceful and all the employees with whom I have had contact have been genuinely friendly and helpful. The prices seem to be reasonable as well. A true diamond in the rough! read more

6 stars! Fastest flat fix ever! and excellent mount & balance on Porsche 911. Reasonable prices. Usually it's difficult to find anybody who will work on tires as wide as 305/30ZR19 and even harder to find someone to balance them properly. We picked up a screw in the tire outside of Augusta, and they patched it pretty much instantly. Cool guys, too ... seems like they enjoy their jobs. Many thanks! read more

they fit me in without an Apt to have a tire patched. I originally went in thinking I needed to replace my flat, which likely meant buying two tires. They were up front and saved me money letting me know I could patch it. I feel like they are fair in pricing and do what's best for you rather than nickel and dime you. Very nice staff as well. read more

Highly recommend them! 10/10 Great experience. I was 3 1/2 hours away from home and got a nail in my tire. They were able to patch it and made sure I was safe to drive back home. Not a long wait time at all. Wonderful employees very kind and helpful! Highly recommend them! 10/10 read more
