I called to see if they took appointments but you don't need one, they take walk-ins. It was already a stressful morning, but the woman at the front desk was so kind that she put me at ease. The gentleman was also very nice and presented me with two repair options. They had the rim looking like new by the next morning. I plan on returning for an alignment on my car and new tires for my wife once hers need to be replaced in the coming months. Their pricing beats every auto repair chain in the area. Their service is always quick and their staff is always friendly, especially their mechanic. A little, possibly already-known, hack you can do is to take the diagnostics report that your auto repair shop chain creates for you after performing a service and bring it to Adams to see if their mechanic is able to help you with the repairs. They'll more than likely have to order the parts and you'll need to return again once they arrive but I can almost guarantee you the pricing will beat the big name auto repair shops.
