After the second failed pickup, I was told that two clips were broken and that I would need to pay an additional $1,100. There was no way for me to know whether these clips were already broken or were damaged while the car was in their care, but I felt stuck and approved the repair. When I finally picked up my car, I discovered three scratches on the trunk that went all the way down to bare metal. I know this damage was not there when I brought the car in. When I pointed it out, the employee became defensive and claimed the damage was pre-existing, saying they take photos of all vehicles on intake. When I asked to see the photos, I was then told they "forgot" to take them. Between the long delay, repeated failed repairs, unexpected additional charges, and damage to my vehicle with no accountability, I feel I was treated unfairly and unprofessionally. I now have to address the paint damage myself before it begins to rust. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.

They said here it's only an "add on price" of 9.99. it's interesting because every other RPM locations in the area unanimously agreed that 9.99 is the tire rotation price regardless of the appointment, but if you bought tires there it's an even better deal. They continued to mention that "they are the busiest store" and maybe the other stores just need to drum up business - despite the other stores having more + better reviews.
