Great weekend for riding my motorcycle. 40 minutes into my ride I had a flat front tire. I had to…read morecall a wrecker service. I was blessed with Towhub road service and towing. Everyone was very helpful. Not everyone will tow a motorcycle. They even helped  me in trying to find someone to repair my tire. No one had the tire in stock. They didn't have my best interest at heart or they would have told me they could change the tube. After striking out on 3 phone calls I elected to have my motorcycle towed home. As we pulled into Winder I called Bobby Gober of B&R auto repair. He suggested I contact M&M Motorsports. He even told me if I didn't have any luck to call him back and he would find someone for me. He always comes to my rescue. Michelle at M&M Motorsports was very kind and helpful. She said to bring my motorcycle in and they would take care of it. Mike looked at my motorcyclevtire and said if I wanted to hang around they would replace the tube. The seal around the valve had gone bad and separated. Nothing was wrong with the tire. The first honest repair shop I dealt with today. I was blessed with a few heroes today. They got me back on the road very quickly. I want to thank everyone that helped me today. There are still kind and honest people in this world. I was lucky enough to find them today.

Recently moved to Winder some looking for a new automotive maintenance place to keep up my cars so…read morelooked for references in Hensley was highly recommended so came here. I drive a Mercedes which is hard to service but both Mercedes dealers have proven not to be honest" me $10-$20,000 for anything I take in there so I find local service locations with a certified Mercedes tech and these guys did a great job at 1/3 the price I was quoted at fire stone in flowery branch. A place I just spent $3000 I knew air conditioning and brakes then would not get back to me to give me a tuneup and change the oil... Firestone told me my son could do it for cheaper! Ainsley found another problem I will have to fix that the other two previous service companies missed which I don't know how having so much work done the last year but they gave me a tuneup changed the oil and filter in a few hours and did a great job!! Clean place, professional, I felt like they were honest and upfront and I got a good value so I highly recommend!! I love spending $800 less to get more!!

Unfortunately, I had a very unfortunate experience with this Mavis and I would like to share what…read morehappened so that not only curious customers are aware but the employees that helped me are as well. Towards the end of last year (October-ish), I got my tires replaced at this location and everything was great! No real problems until April, when one of my tires kept going flat. I took my car back to this location and explained to them my predicament - explicitly mentioning not only that my car has had previous issues with the tire pressure sensors, but also that one of my tires kept going flat, no matter how often I would put air back into it. I called back 3 1/2 hours after dropping off my car to ask for an update and was told that they had been calling me for hours (Note: I did not have 1 missed call from anyone in my call logs!) and that my car had been done for a while. I asked them what problems they had found and what work had been done to fix their findings, to which I was met with a very condescending tone telling me that, "The only thing wrong with your car was that your tires were low on air, so we filled them up for you!" Naturally, I was very confused. I asked if they checked the sensors and the tires themselves for any problems and was, again, immediately met with a quick and snarky reply of Yes we checked it all and your car is fine. Fast forward to 2 (Two!!!!!) days later, my tire sensor light turns back on. One more day passes and my tire is flat once again. This time, I take it to another tire dealership in Winder. Within the hour, my tire is replaced due to the carpenter nail lodged within it! Isn't it crazy how that works? As a single young woman, I find the condescension and lack of respect absolutely ridiculous. I admittedly do not know too much about cars, but if a customer comes into your establishment with a specific concern, I would try listening to them. I realistically would not be able to Ever recommend this location to someone after my experience.

I took it in for a recall that I had already done the footwork on with Lippert and even presented them with this information. After two months they told me it was not covered. After I spoke with the GM, he then said they had messed up. Upon picking up my RV I noticed they had torn down my curtains with the rod included. Left electrical wires dangling from under the dash and tried to double side tape a piece on my windshield that didn't work, and is not right. After leaving I noticed a storage compartment cover moving. Upon inspection, They had left every compartment and hood latch open. After getting home I noticed my faucet was closed after I had already winterized. They had put water through my system to check a drain leak after it was winterized. I still have not looked at everything. Beware. I believe the negative comments and think the majority of the positives are made up.
