I had a really disappointing experience today. When I came in to get help with my tires, the employee at the front desk (his name tag said Joel) seemed completely uninterested in helping me. He spent a lot of time on his phone and barely acknowledged my questions or concerns about my car. As a customer, I expect at least basic attention and communication, especially when it comes to something as important as vehicle safety. Instead, I felt like my concerns didn't matter and that I didn't have a voice during the interaction. I hope management sees this and reminds their staff how important customer service is. People come in trusting you with their vehicles and deserve to feel heard and respected. read more

Most unprofessional service!!! Took my car there Friday for tires the service agent took my information and deposit for my tire and a couple other services told me I was all set for Saturday drop off and my tire would be there by noon. Saturday morning dropped my car off ,my car sat there all day I didn't receive a call , so I goes to pick up my car ,No freaking tires or no other service was done . All they were able to say is the tires never came and gave me back my deposit. Never a Freaking again , this place is a joke!!!! Don't waste your time go some where who value there customers... Either a complete rip off shop or total incompetence! Went to the store in Clermont Fl for oil change and alignment. Was told I had a bad ball joint and they could fix it for $450. My car doesn't even have 58,000 miles on it. Told a friend and he recommended I get a second opinion. Took it to a locally owned shop and was told there is NOTHING wrong with my ball joints. Had another certified mechanic look at it and said the same thing. Don't trust these people...they just want your money! read more

Surprisingly tire kingdom had the most affordable tires for my car, unbeknownst to me the car takes​ a special size. Setting an appointment is the way to go and if at all possible talk to Julio his customer service is beyond the normal of any auto shop and the reason for the rating. I would assume there work in other areas is good I don't know, I use mom and pop services normally. The only hiccup was the service given by a lady named socorro she apparently had a problem with me asking why tire kingdom needed my personal information. I eventually got the reason it wasn't a good one but I got it. Julio should train her otherwise she is in the Wrong business! If you need tires and talk to Julio I recommend but any thing else you go at you own risk. read more

Don't even bother coming here. Made an appointment for one car at 3:00 and the other at 4:00. As of 5:00, they hadn't even taken the first car back. Asked at the counter and the guy told us that he's not even sure why people make appointments there because everyone waits over two hours even with an appointment. Just told them to give us our keys and let us go. Never did get serviced. All it was for each car was a simple oil change. Edit: you asked me to contact you. Why? Free oil change or something else? I don't have four hours to wait for an oil change even with an appointment. Went somewhere else and had it done in 40 minutes. read more

I'm giving this place a 1 for the simple fact that I waited an hour for a simple brake check, proceeded to get my brakes fixed, and after the fact when i received my car, I saw several items from my glove box on the passenger side floor. I opened my glove box and everything in it was shuffled around as If one of the employees here was looking for something to steal. NO ONE had ANY business going through the glove box... it's completely unrelated to the service I was getting done. I am led to believe that there are theives working at this establishment. Thank God I didn't have any valuables in there but if I did I'm sure they would've been taken. Please guard your thIngs at all cost because someone on this staff of corrupt and dishonest. I arrived at the shop 5:34pm. I had already researched online that there is an oil change special and the shop closes at 7pm. Upon pulling in I thought the shop was closed until I notice a few of the garage doors were open and there was one car in the garage. I walk up to the door and the door was locked so the guy opened it. I let him know I was there for the oil change special I saw online and that online shows the store closes at 7pm. He goes "Well THIS location closes at 6." With slight attitude. I said all I wanted was an oil change. He said that it would take a lot of time to examine the car bla bla i said i literally want an oil change nothing else. He said it would still take 45 min. So i ask really? Because jiffy lube seems to do it quickly as if it doesnt take that long when that is all you are doing. (I'm no expert so I seriously didnt understand the difference)So anyway he refused to provide me service and told me to go to the 441/stateroad 7 location.. I had a terrible experience at the Tamarac location today. The store manager had a nervous breakdown and yelled and screamed at me and my husband. He seemed a bit off when we first came into shop. I had made an appt online and started to ask questions about the tires and adding an alignment. I wanted to know the cost for 2 tires instead of the 4 I had ordered. I said I had only made an appt I did not pay for anything yet. then he told me that he would have to eat the cost of the other 2 tires, and I asked why, the site said they were in stock and no charges had gone thru. Then he freaked out and started screaming at us. He said he could not take this, that I was on his case from the moment we came in. All I did was ask some questions. He got up in a huff and went in the back and slammed the door hard and then yelled Oh My God!!!! I have never had such terrible CS, I know we are all under allot of stress due to covid, but, he was very unprofessional, bordering on scary. We left and called corporate. I have prayed for this man and hope he is okay. But he needs to have a nicer attitude as manager of the shop, and he should apologize to us. read more

I was there when you were at this store and Socorro didn't ask you nothing wrong. I usually never read reviews and found yours, it really surprise me that you complain because somebody is doing her/his job, but it's ok, that's your opinion. I know Socorro for 5 years, she always greed people with a smile and she's very helpful, in my opinion "Excellent customer service". Every time we go there we just give our cars' key to Socorro and she already know what we want, if there is something extra that it needs to be done she always call us with an estimate and a really good price. I really love the service, the coffee, lobby and restroom are always clean, and the most important; they are professionals and respectful people. read more

Ok where do I start. So first we have a five o'clock appointment and we get a call at 3:45 pm asking if we could go in early because they close at six and they want to get out at six. So we agree. Walk in ten minutes later and get greeted by a sour puss faced man who looked like he didn't want to be there. Get the car in the back. He comes back five minutes later and says. Umm ma'am can't do your oil change because your car is leaking anti freeze. I had told him I had put some in five minutes prior and spilled some. Well ma'am he proceeds to say we can't do your oil change because of it. Ok give me my car. So my rant. If they weren't so dam busy trying to leave at six o'clock instead of doing their job, I wouldn't have to bring my car to a different place. Dumb dumb dumb. STAY AWAY!!! My wife was ripped off and to add insult to injury I spoke to the store 3 different times and was told every time a district manager would call me back. The problem was with tire kingdom policy, not the store, ATLEAST that's what I was told. No one ever called me as promised, the store manager the last time said "I give you my word you will get a call" never did ! Furthermore, I wrote a letter to corporate and also never received a courtesy call. I have NEVER left a bad review and was giving them an opportunity to explain before I posted this. Not sure how to rate a tire shop but here we go. I got 4 new 60k miles cooper tires with alignment and some type of 3 yr warranty roadside assistance stuff that I didn't need for $430 . But anyways they were pretty quick. Standard service, nothing special. My only complaint is they didn't call me when my car was ready. I passed by and noticed it was back up front. I specifically asked they call me when my car was ready since I had tons to do that day so they loose a star. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible. Money hungry. I brought my car in for a sound and the car was not starting properly, along with the engine light and VSA being on . Long story short I brought my car up there twice within 3 days and spent 800 dollars and the issue was not solved. When I called to tell them I would be bringing it up there again I was told that asking for a refund was considered a "threat" (wtf)..After all of the "work" that had been done they were basically guestimating the issue with my car. The mechanic told me to my face it could have been a short list of things but he went the route he went to save his time and NOT my money. On the 3rd day I brought it in all of the lights that were on that 1st day came back on and my car literally took forever to turn over. When I called corporate to ask for a refund for not doing the job correctly i was given 40 dollars back! out of 800+ dollars. That is the biggest fuck me I've gotten in a while.
