This location was fair, honest, and made it easy for wife to have new tires put on the truck. Both the manager and installer (Jim) took the time and care needed to help with a warranty replacement. They added value and a shining example of proper client services. They recorded the wheels condition properly and delivered them just as given in tip top shape. Stopped there twice because of issues with low PSI on front tire then back tire 3 days later. They were able to check my tires and fix them right away, the wait time was bearable. Coral Springs Audi referred me to the Firestone on State road 7 because they did not repair tires. I was there around 8am. Screw was in my R front tire. I had a wheel lock but no adapter to unscrew the nut. Ryan advised me to go back to the Audi dealership and get them to remove the wheel lock. I had to buy new wheel locks for the 4 tires costing me $170 - what pissed me off was the fact that I bought this Audi from them 1 year ago and there was no wheel lock in the car ??? I paid Audi and then went back to Firestone and they patched the hole and checked the other 3 tires and I was on my way. Ryan and Daniel were very professional and treated me well. Cost $32 to patch and inspect the other tires. Bottom line is Firestone took care of me and as usual the Audi Coral Springs dealership Sales and Service department really were ignorant, unhelpful and frankly dishonest They did not live up to the their side of the bargain. I cannot recommend Audi Coral Springs dealership for anything. Don't buy a car there and don't take your car there for service- you will be totally disappointed and abused. On Thursday October 5, 2023, I contacted several Firestone shops to see what the best price was for an oil change. I was quite surprised and amazed when the shop at - 1387 S STATE ROAD 7, NORTH LAUDERDALE, FL., said that I would get 50% off if I used my Firestone card. I said, wow or something similar, confirmed the price ($65) and was told that they had a special deal right now. I said that I would be there before they opened on Saturday morning. I thought that $65 was not half of the usual price, but still was quite a discount. When they opened the doors, I was first in line. They had my appointment on file and I commented that that was quite a deal that they were offering, the 50% off and the tech said that's for first time applicants for the card. I just looked at him, dumb founded but sort of stuck as I had an important business trip on Monday and needed my car serviced. I thought that perhaps there would be an adjustment but when the invoice appeared in my email it was for $91, the usual discounted price. I waited until the service was complete and when I was claled up, I asked if there was going to be an adjustment made on my bill. The tech/manager? said, What do you mean? I explained that when I booked the appointment I was told it would be %0 offf. He interrupted and said that, that was for new applicants. He asked if I had my card. I pointed out to him that my service info and history were visible when I made the appointment and that I had been using my card many years. I told him that I thought that it was (my bad) bull***t that they offered one price and then get the customer in the door and it's different. I told him that I had called several stores because the prices are all slightly different and was surprised by the offer. He tossed my keys at me on the counter and told me to take my car and get out. He then said not to come back and if he sees me again we would have a problem. I explained to him that I worked in law enforcement and if he needed to call someone, that he could go ahead. I also shared that I would share my experience online and left the store. In my entire life I have only filed 3 complaints online for service. Threatening a customer? Not owning the communication from the employee? Not making it right? The single most disappointing customer service experience I have ever had. It's not about the price - it was standard - it's about keeping your word or at least trying to understand making things right if there is a mix up. As I sit here at home, I think their issuing me a new chip card might have confused the person I scheduled the appointment with. It is the only conclusion (and most generous interpretation) that I can come up with. Regardless - other than in a normal tone of voice, but inappropriately saying b.s. I went to this location a few months ago and I got all 4 of my tires changed. I drive a 2015 Honda Civic and I told the man before hand I want to make sure my car was good because I was driving to Tampa the next morning. He said he will make sure ever was good. The next day I drove 4 hours to Tampa and my tire pressure light came on so I was instantly confused. Since there was no more test stops on my route I had no choice but to continue driving. I finally stopped at a gas station to see what was wrong and turns out they let me drive off with 42 psi in all four of my tire in my 2015 Honda Civic. When my max is 32. My tires could have exploded while driving down bumpy i95. I just left the location just now because I have a nail in my tire which I would like fixed and the man told me it will be up to a 3 hour wait. Mind you it is 10AM and they just opened at 8AM...how? Since I was there I expressed my concern for what happened a few months ago with the tires and the man didn't even show no concern nor did he apologize for the incorrect pressure that was put in my car. God forbid something happened while I was driving or drove over a nail with no help in site. This has no customer service no value for customers for their safety or well being. They want you in and out and that's it. Money and to get you out their hair. I would not recommend this place to someone that wants quality service. This place gives vibes of a shop out of someones garage. It was either Jason or Alex that assisted me and had not one care in the world about what mattered. I see there's a reply to my post, weeks after I posted it. That right there gives you an idea of how quickly this company will help a customer, or even acknowledge them. I don't see the point in sending an email to this person, who does NOT work at that location & has no power to give me my wasted time back. It's too late. I don't know why you can't understand that you can only make ONE first impression. That's why it's called a FIRST impression. Most 4 year olds understand this concept but not Firestone. You've lost my business, for good. Seeing ppl come and go and come go while u sit, wasting your time, (& after being told you'd be in and out in 30 minutes), when all u needed was a simple oil change and some air in your tires, is beyond annoying. It certainly shows you don't value your customers while also showing customers that perhaps some of the mechanics friends get special treatment (I can't say for sure but it looks that way). My car DID NOT MOVE for over thirty mintues. Let me reiterate-my simple oil change should've been DONE in that time. They didn't never touch it. Went in to get new tires and alignment. They also did a courtesy engine light check. All went well. They did not try to sell me stuff I did not need. The engine light turned out to be because of a bad gas cap. I had already replaced the cap a month prior. They said they could then just reset the light which they did. Excellent customer service.
