I've been coming to this Tire Kingdom location for all my tire and minor car needs for the past three years. It's conveniently located in the Sawgrass neighborhood, making it easy for me to access. A few months ago, I purchased a set of four new tires, which were bought and installed the same day, everything was done within three hours since I had scheduled an appointment. The process was smooth, and I had no issues at the time. The tires have been great! However, two days ago, I must have driven over a nail because my tire pressure light started flashing. On Tuesday evening, I booked an appointment online for a tire repair, and it was confirmed right away. The next morning, I drove to the shop, and within 45 minutes, my tire was patched up. The cost was $30, which seemed reasonable, though this was my first time getting a tire patched, so I didn't have a point of reference. The staff at this Tire Kingdom location is always friendly and doesn't seem like they're out to rip you off (let's be honest, this can be rare when dealing with car mechanics!). Well i tried them when i moved back to area. I asked for oil change and AC work. The AC bill was a complete scam, waste of money and they literally did nothing. The oil change wasnt bad, but when i tried to book another appt for just te oil change their website seems to suck now. Its defective and doesnt work. After i made appt online it says email will be sent and appt not valid until emai received, which never gets sent so just a waste of time. I called Tire Kingdom on a Monday morning. I had a nail in my tire, causing the tire to be flat. My phone call was answered quickly, whereas I never could reach Pep Boys after being on hold over 8 minutes. For my tire to be patched, I was told it would be 2-3 hours because there were already multiple customers waiting. I received a call my car was ready in less than two hours. I was told I'd be charged $32-33, but I was charged $23.39 instead. Maybe there was a first-time customer discount. Not sure. The reason I give four stars instead of five is because one employee laughed at me looking stupid when I didn't understand what a run flat tire was. Yelp took my first review off said it was too detailed. Writing it again to say ladies beware. I travel a lot. I needed two tires asap. This was my go to place. Manager said all they had was snow tires??? in FLORIDA? I had to buy them. Came back in for other things later on and told manager I was very upset about him saying he only had snow tires. He said HE DIDN'T SELL ME ANY??? What ? I said yes you did they looked it up sure enough he sold them to me. Then he said management wanted them to push them to sell so instead of being a good business you sold me snow tires in Florida. I didn't want him touching my car then and he was showing me pictures of his kids very weird and creepy. The people that work there were very nice and there was really no wait. Unfortunately, that is where the positive review ends I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and was told I needed new front brakes, a brake flush and rear shock absorbers. Though I was not having any issues with my brakes, I figured that was something that periodically needs to be changed so I went ahead and did the front brakes but I held off on the rear shock absorbers because it was an expensive job. I drove to visit family in central Florida, and they had me go to their mechanic to check the shock absorbers, which we were told were perfectly fine. Turns out I just needed a new tire. Very disappointed and not sure if they just didn't know what they were doing or if they tried to upsell because I am a woman. Either way I will not be going back to this Tire Kingdom by Sawgrass Mills Mall ever again. read more

My last review was a 5 star review. Looks like front of the house staff has changed. I made my appointment for 2pm thinking it would leave me plenty of time to get to work at 4:30pm. My job is 5 mins away and I was told no problem. I was a few minutes late my car was not brought back until after 3pm. Now they have to rush to get my car done, whats the point in having an appointment if you dont bring my car into the garage an hour after my appointment. read more

I had a horrible experience at this location yesterday. The majority of what happened I will not detail because it involved situations whereby I am adept at advocating for myself. What did surprise me however was the manager's laughter when I declined road hazard warranty coverage. When asked why he laughed, he said that is how he deals with discomfort. The manager should probably find a way to work with leadership in finding another way to deal with discomfort. Laughing at a customer who declines an offer is nothing short of rude. The manager at Tire Kingdom is Rahul. When you go there ask for him. I guarantee you he will find the best price on tires for your vehicle like he did for me 6 months ago. Yesterday I had one my tires loosing air he took my car in right away and in 30 minutes I was on my way home. That's what you call super fast service with a smile. I was there yesterday and while my service was just ok, I witnessed a horrible display of rudeness from another employee to a woman who was there with her teenage son. I know that I will not be back to an establishment that has an employee that thinks it is alright to speak to anyone in such a derogatory manner. Had some car drama happen around 6pm on a Tuesday night. My battery light came on and all of my dashboard was spazzing out. I arrived at this location at 610pm and the young man promptly helped me out. He tested my battery and indeed, it was in need of hospice, so I had to get a new battery. I was out of there before 7pm. They didn't try to upsell me or irritate me by trying to get me to do other things to my car like most mechanic shops do, which I appreciated that night because I was already irritated that the battery was almost dead (I had only had it 2 years! But that is another rant.) They may be because they were getting ready to close, but nonetheless, I was happy they didn't bother me with that nonsense. This honestly started out as a 4/5 star review. after doing some research on tire pricing my parents and I decided to go with Tire Kingdom to outfit our vehicles with new tires. The guy at the desk was super nice, helpful, etc. and after putting tires on three vehicles we all seemed fairly satisfied with the experience. We signed up for the credit card and got the rebate for all the discounts which made this purchase (initially) really awesome. We left for a while to get some lunch and got a call from the tech that two of my breaks were bad and back struts on both sides also needed to be replaced. I immediately thought, ugh here we go - this is how they get you. Turns out that they were right and these things actually needed to be done. They brought me out into the bay and showed me first hand which honestly did make me feel a bit better about doing these extra services. I left that day planning on giving them at least a 4 star review. About a week later, my tire pressure light came on which I thought was odd since I just had brand new tires put on. I brought my car back and the same guy that originally helped us was there and told me I might have a nail in my tire which honestly would have been impossible. Turned out to be a bad valve stem... on brand new tires? I was immediately irritated. How does that happen to brand new tires? Regardless, they were covered under the warranty and they would replace the valve stem for free. He told me it would be about 30/45 minute wait so I decided to hang out in the waiting area. An hour passes and I decided to ask about the status of my vehicle. At which the manager told me it would be a while, probably another hour for them to get to me. I immediately told her that I was told it would be less than an hour and I'd already been waiting an hour. Plus I shouldn't have to wait to have something replaced on brand new tires and waiting at least 3 hours the week prior. They got it done right away and when I left and got home I noticed that my leather steering wheel was scraped really badly. See photo. I'm honestly not impressed with the overall care that was given to my vehicle. There was grease all over my car after they finished and the fact that my steering wheel was damaged by an otherwise careless manager, of all people, really makes me hesitate to recommend or even return to any Tire Kingdom facility in the future. read more

Long story short, buyer beware! Last week I had a tire issue on I-95 when I was 1 mile south of the Boca Raton exit. I believe there was some kind of debris in the road, but as soon as I felt it I pulled over to the shoulder to wait for the tire change. My car is 3.5 years old and only has 29k miles on it, but since they are the original tires I decided I would get two new ones. I called around to a few different businesses to get tire prices. Since I had a donut on my car, I wanted to find a place in Sunrise and not have to drive all over the place. I stopped in last Thursday, the tires I needed were not in stock, so they had to order them. To be fair, the tires did end up coming in later that day, but I didn't go back until Friday morning. Friday morning I drop the car off and walk over to the mall to get some steps in for the day. I get a phone call about 20 minutes later from Tire Kingdom. They told me I needed an alignment, I'm always suspect of car places and I wanted to talk to my hubby first. I said no and picked up my car with it's two new tires. I scoured Yelp and noticed that Adventure Tires had a coupon, so the alignment would be slightly less. I brought my car in this morning to AT and left it. Went back to pick it up and was told they weren't going to charge me anything because the car didn't need an alignment. What the heck Tire Kingdom??????????? Thanks to Adventure Tire for being honest with me. I'm annoyed that this Tire Kingdom tried to sell me an $89 tire alignment that I didn't really need. If you have car issues, try Adventure Tire instead since they do have better ratings on here and seem much more honest. I recommend avoiding this particular Tire Kingdom. read more

ATTENTION: If you are just looking to mount new tires you bought online then TIRE PLUS is the place to go. Apparently at TIRE KINGDOM, when you mount new tires you HAVE to purchase the TPMS system which is about 7.99 each tire. The last two times my family and I have gone to tire kingdom, we weren't charge for that service. However, this time I came in and the "manager" was telling me that I had to pay for it. As cliché as it may sound, I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me because I was a young and a female!! Crazy to think that actually happens!! I was appalled by the situation and just decided to leave. If this was a rule and your employees are not doing their jobs, then this TPMS service topic should be at your monthly service meeting if you even have those. If there was an option for zero stars.... Raul Gonzalez may be the most awful manager I have ever dealt with. After spending over 700 dollars (when the car was brought in to fix a loose bolt...), we returned to our car only to find a vibration we had never felt before around 70mph. We decided to bring it back but when he tried to head to work he noticed the intense vibration worse at only 55 mph and he had to slow down to 30mph on the highway and drive back to tire kingdom at 6:30am and wait outside till 8am when they opened. When they opened, my husband encountered the store manager Mr.Raul Gonzalez who was very unprofessional and not helpful or understanding of the inconvenience the staff had caused. On top of spending over 700 dollars, my husband missed a full work day. At this point Mr.Gonzalez or his staff had checked the car out and admitted fault to having bent the car rim due to their negligence. My husband had to miss a day of work to bring the vehicle back. We asked for a refund, or at the least, a partial refund for our inconvenience , however Mr.Gonzalez smirked uncaringly and refused. Over the last ten years, my husband's family has brought all four of our cars to this location and spent thousands and thousands of dollars... just to be handed this blatant disrespect. Mr. Gonzalez even smiled and said we can take our business somewhere else. What kind of store manager tells a customer who spends thousands of dollars a year to take their business elsewhere? Franjo, the head mechanic, has always proven knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Raul, the shop manager, always friendly and checks my history for anything that might still be under warranty either the shops or the products and has saved me money. Background: After not being satisfied with dealer provided service quality, I chose to visit Tire Kingdom, for tire rotation/balance and suspension alignment (New Car). These services were initially completed by the Doral Tire Kingdom location, but the alignment performed was far from perfect. Service: The customer service and technical detail provided was very good. I was impressed with the overall attention and compassion given to customers, as they came in with their issues. The Store manager: Mr Gonzalez, was probably the best service provider I've met, since moving to South Florida. Location/Facilities: It's a clean store, convenient location, and professional looking staff. I was impressed, even compared to other Tire Kingdom locations. Performance: The technician immediately identified the car's issues within minutes of arrival. The issue wasn't identified/resolved by the other TK location...or the auto dealer. My car now tracks like it did when it drove off the lot and I'm grateful. I highly recommend this Tire Kingdom location. Worst customer service possible. Rude, annoying. Made an online appt. for an older vehicle to get the alignment done - an easy job that any mechanic SHOULD be able to do. When I got there, they asked the "mechanic" if he could even work on the car. Mechanic said he didn't have the specs to do it. Because I'm also a mechanic, I have the specs and offered them. They then said, very rudely, "take it to the dealer." They had the info on the car for 4 days since I made the appt. No one there bothered to call me to tell me they couldn't do the job; they wasted my time going there, and I guarantee my time is worth more than theirs. This was a Saturday appt. so now I'm stuck, can't take the car anywhere for another week, because of the ineptitude of these so-called "mechanics". Just go to Nova Tires just around the circle. Theyre more honest. This Tire Kingdom needs to be shut down or get some new mangement. Everytime I come here, there is always a problem. Two issues I had. I come here just to get an oil change right, and they do it, bit then tell me that my drivebelt needs to be changed and they can do that for a rip off price. Now, I do work on my car myself and I legit was just too lazy to do my oil. I changed my beltdrive the night before so there is no way that there could be something wrong with it. I explained this to the worker and he clearly had that face when you catch someone in a lie. I asked him to show me my supposed damaged beltdrive cause the only way it could be damaged is if they did something to it. Second time I come here, same thing. I go for a simple oil change and they ce bacl to tell me that my engine is messed up from the oil and I would need to do a complete flush that would have cost like 500 dollars. I went around the corner to Nova Tires the same day and they found nothing wrong with the engine and changed my oil with no issue. Shut this tire kingdom down please! They are so dishonest. Had four new tires mounted and balanced here. The TPMS sensors were never switched to the new rims. Also the balance was horrendous with the steering wheel shaking at 60mph and up. This stores prices were the highest at $25 a wheel and the job was done at the lowest level. Yes they will redo everything but my time is valuable and I think 2 major mistakes should not have happened when you go to the supposed professionals. Will not return and DO NOT RECCOMEND! read more

I've been going to tire kingdom for many years and recently moved to the Sunrise area and started going to the Sawgrass location and that's when everything changed. I took my vehicle I'm for a tire balance and an alignment. Get on the highway to test it out and noticeable vibration at 70mph and truck pulling to the right and my steering wheel is not centered which is the reason I took the truck in. I went back and voiced my concern again only to be called 45 mins and told that all was corrected. 2 days I live on a family trip to Orlando and as soon as I get on the highway, car is vibrating at 70 mph , steering wheel still not centered and truck pulls to the right as it did before my initial visit. I go to Orlando and spent the next day of my family vacation at a local tire kingdom in hopes that they would make things right. Being skeptical that any work was actually performed I stood outside the entire time they worked on my truck. Thank God the tire kingdom in Orlando got me all squared away. Not only we're all 4 tires out of balance, but the gentlemen there immediately noticed that the rear wheel of the truck where never aligned and we're all out of wack. I purchased the lifetime balance and 3 year alignment plan so I'm thankful it is good at any Tire kingdom because I will never return to the tire kingdom at Sawgrass. They seemed more worried about service add ons than actually taking care of the original issues and it starts from the Top with the Manager Raul. read more

I called Tire Kingdom by Sawgrass and was told I could bring my car over right a way. I did, they took a look and put me at ease with "I can fix that".
