I have a 2016 Honda Accord. My check engine light came on (uggh), so I went to a local auto parts store to see what could be causing the light to come on. It was showing that my thermostat needed to be changed. I refuse to drive all the way to Honda to have something as simple as that fixed. I was recommended to go to Automotive Super Service to have them check out my car (Thanks, Yuri!). I went in on a Friday afternoon, explained what was going on, and Noah was able to get my car in for the mechanic to check it out. The mechanic put my car on their machine to confirm the codes for the check engine light coming on. Turns out, not only did I need the thermostat changed, I needed a new car battery, and the 100k transmission service completed (I'm just a girl, LOL)! Since it was already getting late, I just changed the battery. I returned first thing Saturday morning to have the other services completed. Sam (the owner) greeted me upon arrival and he made sure that I understood the services and pricing. Very reasonable pricing and great work. I cannot recommend this place enough! Not only did they repair my car, they also worked with my extended warranty company ensuring I had minimal out of pocket expense. I've been coming to the shop for almost 10 years. They've always taken care of me in my cars. Everyone is friendly and very personable. I've read a couple reviews where people are claiming that this place is overcharging and that is far from the truth. I've been to other shops and couldn't get away fast enough to take my car to Automotive Super Service because the price was so much lower. More recently I brought in my wife's car to have the computer reset and Lexus wanted $150 for that service. I took it to Sam and he did it for free. It only took five minutes, but he didn't have to do that. Just goes to show what kind of people they truly are. Hands down the best place I have been to in years. Transparent and upfront. I was returning from a business lunch in Palm Beach County enroute back to Downtown Miami when record heat on day 3 exhausted the best efforts of my water pump. I tried everything from burping to changing out caps and hose. Several hours later and a few short drives after, the sun set on me. The heat did not quit. I was allowed to park at a Hampton Inn overnight on 4499 West Commercial Blvd. Very thankful for that as I had no money to tow anywhere at the time. This service center was literally the most direct line of travel from the hotel before I completely redlined and caused irrepairable damage to my 2013 Jeep Wrangler the morning after. Cash is king(I had no choice but to negotiate as I had nothing on hand), luckily for me and my dilemma. New pump, thermostat and housing all replaced with a flush and topped off with new 50-50 the day before Father's Day luckily for my son and I. These guys at this location really did me a solid. I went to Automotive Super Service for a second opinion on my head gasket for my 2010 Toyota Camry. They took my car in on a Saturday, had it for about 2 hours, told me they don't see the signs and did give me the thermostat that I asked for. I brought the car back on Sunday because my husband noticed 1/4 coolant gone and so they did more tests on the car. IN the end, Sal took us back and showed us the car and talked "shop" to my husband and agreed it is the head gasket. He was honest about it, offered a better price to fix it, but I went back to the original mechanic to get the head gasket done. I do appreciate the honesty from Automotive Super Service, I'm glad my husband got his radiator hoses done here last year and I would recommend this garage to my coworkers and my friends in this town. read more

They do good service and they're experienced as hell BUT they overcharge like a mf'er. I got the same job done for half the price they quoted me, elsewhere. The customer service is great here though. Automotive Super Service's acronym is a perfect description of this place. ASS. Took my new vehicle to this place to have a look over it, and was almost ripped off.. Here's how they do it; 1) They look over your vehicle for cheap/sometimes complimentary 2) They tell you something cheap is wrong, and go to fix it 3) Mid-way through repairing, they tell you something bigger is wrong 4) Process repeats until you have spent a LOT of money on things that were NEVER wrong I took my vehicle to multiple other places and all said the issues I was told about at ASS were not issues. This auto repair shop is not only the most inept, unknowledgeable, dangerously unskilled, lacking in any integrity or capacity for acknowledging that they don't know something, don't have the qualified mechanics or even admitting that an error was made that ended up costing more than necessary, that I have ever experienced. This was verified by other skilled mechanics. Their lack of integrity-telling the truth, and the lack of expertise is staggering! I don't expect most auto shops to be adept at fixing anything that can go wrong with a car. What I do demand is honesty. No business or person is perfect all the time. Originally my car was brought to them and was told the radiator needed replacing. Then the new radiator defaulted a few months later, and I was asked "what did I do to it"! It then went to coils, spark plugs, more coils and spark plugs and many other parts - all while the engine light never went off. After any number of "fixing", I was told the head gasket needed replacing. After the work was done, I brought the car back many times since the engine light again, never went off and the car was driving worse. Eventually, I was told by a shop chosen by AAA, that the car was not safe to drive and that the engine itself had been ruined by their work and I needed a new engine! Thankfully, I have AAA, which this shop, at the time was still affiliated with and because of that AAA paid to have the engine replaced. AAA warranties work not done correctly. Right after Automotive Super Service did the head gasket work, they lost their affiliation with AAA because of so many complaints and problems. Even though they were out of AAA, they still kept the signs up throughout the business for well over a year - lying to the public. In essence it meant that any work that was not good, AAA would not guarantee. It was maybe a year or so later that they were told they must take down the AAA signs. They do still tell people they are regaining their status. Not true. I was told by AAA, they would never get it back. This shops fiasco cost me out of pocket about $4,000 which I could never get reimbursed because of all their lies and absolutely never taking responsibility for anything including having to take down the AAA signs! I've never been over charged by them if anyone is complain about price then you shouldn't own a car if u can't afford the maintenance I drive a BMW 3 series n Sam charges less then BMW dealer. I got a nail in one of my tires and had a slow leak, so I brought it around town to get it fixed. All of the major places told me it would be 2-3 hours, and most refused to even attempt to fix it. I brought it to the guys here and they told me they could have it done in 20 minutes, even though they were very busy. Sam, Sal, and the rest of the guys were great, friendly, and straightforward. All told, I was out of there with my tire repaired in less than half an hour. This place just earned a repeat customer. I'll be recommending them to friends as well. had car towed because it wouldn't start. This was my first time there and I was given their card by the tow truck driver. They had me fill out a form with my name, number and yr/model/make of my vehicle. Then told me to sign at the bottom without even quoting me a price.(that's how they get you) Then later was told one price and when I went to pay when car was ready, was $285 more than what I was told. I didn't want to believe these other reviews because sometimes people may want to sabotage a business but these reviews were right! These men claim to have done services to my car that 1) how do I know that was done and 2) it was unnecessary. These auto repair places will jack you up and especially if you're a woman. My husband was out of town but was ready to handle these guys. I advise find another repair shop that comes recommended by someone you know! read more

went in to have my classic car serviced while away out of town, lower ball joints,wipers not working,& a/c service. the a/c service turned into a night with mis diagnostics 3 times & still did not get it right, 1st I was told I needed a compresor,next I needed an actuator that opened & closed my vents which I was told they needed to take the dash out of my car(which it never was) 8hrs of labor, next I needed a control head... this is where I put the brakes on. Whoa $1,500.00 later I was billed & only got my ball joints done & wipers working. A/C still does not blow cold air, not to mention they charged me for a 4 wheel alignment on a rear wheel drive full framed car (which cannot be done by the way) when I mentioned it Sam looked stunned & had no answer??? why the charge. next when my car was brought around after them having it for 2 weeks the lt & rt doors were riddled with door dents, when I showed him again he was stunned with a loss for words. & offered up $100.00 discount on my bill, well it cost me over $700.00 to re due my two doors & I run a collision center. (not even close guys) these people have no respect for your personal car as my classic was parked out back & was stained from front to back with tree droppings & bird poop, these guys are great talkers but don't be fooled unless its something they can plug a computer into & let it do the work for them. If you don't take my advise & still service your car there make sure you check it well for damages when you get it back as they stack cars side by side & on top of each other on lifts "just say no" read more
