I highly recommend this place they have great customer service, I have bought tires here had brakes replaced too. Today I took my car here because One of my tires had a nail, they were busy but made time to check it . Unfortunately it was not fixable but they gave me a good deal on a tire. Tire Kingdom on Tamiami Trail Sarasota did a fabulous job with my tire. The dealership told me the front tire needed a patch. I took it into the Tire Kingdom Tamiami service center. The checked the tire and double checked all tires and did not find any hole that needed to be patched The technicians were thorough and did a great job. Since moving to SRQ I have had all my work don't at this location (minus one trip to ten dealership after I was blindsided and need a lot of body work done, which I had done by a dealer ). Oil changes, minor repairs, tire rotations, windshield wipers, etc have all been done promptly, without issue and with great service. I called yesterday because my tire light came on even though last week I took my car to my mechanic and he put air in my tires. I called Tire Kingdom because I wanted a specialist to look at the tires. They scheduled me the very next day and took me immediately when I arrived. They told me it was a valve on one of my tires and they fixed it within a half hour. They were extremely professional and knew what they were doing. If you wanna get scammed and leave with more problems on your car than you came with, this is the place. My husband and I moved to Sarasota from Tampa last week and made sure to have our ford focus checked in Tampa by a professional before moving. The car was entirely serviced, and we have a scan showing that everything was fine with it. The mechanic who put my current battery in opened the car and checked it as well, told us it was about half of its life and we shouldn't have to change it until the end of the year. He ordered the tires for us and told us to bring it to a tire shop to get them changed. That is why my husband brought the car to Kingdom yesterday. He signed a contract agreeing to get the car serviced because he was told that is what he needed to do in order to get the tires changed. Nothing else was discussed except the tire change. That is why we found it pretty weird when the tire shop told him they had checked the battery. I don't know much about cars but i'm pretty sure you don't need to open up the car to change tires, especially when we didn't request or pay for that service. One of mechanics told us the battery was at 2/3 of its life (fair enough, sounds about right) but the first red flag was that the other mechanic kept repeating the battery could die anytime. Low and behold, my husband drives the car home 5min away, and an hour later, he sees the car through the window with the lights flashing very fast. That is something my car has NEVER done even before we changed the current battery. He checks the car and the battery is completely dead, car won't start. Strange coincidence that our car was declared perfect by a trusted professional one week ago with a scan proving it and won't even start one hour after coming back from Tire Kingdom. My husband tried to call the garage the next morning to get some explanation and help fixing the problem and the manager's answer was that it was not their problem and we could have messed with the car after coming back home. This is unacceptable, my car should have never ever been opened without our approval in the first time. Because of whatever they did in there, we have to change the battery of our only working car in emergency, hoping that's the only thing we have to change. You can be sure I will not be doing it at Tire Kingdom because I don't like giving my money to scammers. Stay away at all cost, this business is sketchy. read more

I like this Tire Kingdom because it's the first service station where they have been honest with us and don't try to up charge us. Paul at the store on Beneva has been more of a help than any other service station. With his experience he has offered invaluable information. I would not take our truck to anyone else. read more
