This shop had questionable practices. They inspect your car and tell you need brakes, bad radiator whatever they can to up the bill. Be careful and make sure what they tell you is true. Have it checked out by another mechanic or someone who knows.. read more

I made an appointment to come in and see if my flat tire could be repaired, but the nail that I picked up was too close to the tread to have it plugged. I wound up buying 4 new tires instead of 2 because of a great special. They were installed very quickly, and they also checked if I need a front end alignment, and with what they showed me, I did! These guys were a blessing and a Godsend. Major praise and kudos to Luis and Garrett for really pulling through for us. They were amazing. Here's our story. On Saturday, Aug 31st, 2019 at 6:30pm, we were driving down the highway towards Sarasota, FL from Pineville, NC, when we had a blowout right outside Ormund Beach. We were in a panic because most tire shops are closed by 6pm, or closing soon. We didn't have our tools to replace our spare at the time, so we needed a tow truck, or some assistance. We called this Tire Kingdom to see who/what they recommended. They, first off, expressed genuine concern about our predicament, and told us not to worry, that they were still busy and would likely still be open past closing at 7pm, and to just make it there and they would see what they could do. They recommended a local tow company or two for us to call. Unfortunately neither tow company had availability or could get there quickly enough (and we called a few more places). By a miracle, or a good samaritan along the way, we were rescued by the Florida DOT Road Rangers (EXCELLENT FREE PROGRAM!!) who just showed up a mere minutes after we were coming to terms with having to wait and possibly not make it to tire kingdom on time. The Road Ranger helped us take off the blown out tire, filled up and popped on the spare and sent us on our way. We headed to Tire Kingdom as fast as we (legally) could and arrived at 7:20pm, and the guys were still there! When they saw us, they knew who we were and were like "you guys made it!" We felt so grateful to be met by these caring individuals. They were still helping one customer, and told us not to worry at all, that they'd check everything out for us, which they did. It would have been so easy for us to have been stranded, and so easy for them to say they were closed, or make any other excuse because it was past closing time on a Saturday, but they didn't. Luis was there for a good long while, and Garrett got us set with affordable tires and the buy 2, get 2 promotion. He worked on our car until nearly 9pm that Saturday evening to make sure that we were safe and could continue on our journey. I couldn't be more impressed with the integrity, kindness, and positive demeanor of these two gentlemen. God bless them both. Thank you Tire Kingdom for hiring these outstanding humans! read more

This place is absolutely horrible. I had purchased tires for my car from a different tire kingdom and they ordered the wrong ones and ripped me off so I came to this place over here and told them to remove the wrong tires and refund me and I get a different set of pair and they said they wouldn't do that. So I ended up going to a whole different tire Kingdom and they refunded me my money. Then a couple of days ago I unfortunately ended up going there because my tire light was on and they acted like I was invisible. They ended up losing two of my tire cap screws, as well as stripping the other two. Not even a hello or goodbye or interest in the customers. read more

I'm in shock !! I came to get air in my tires, and there was an older looking man with white hair by the front desk- he couldn't have been more impolite. I don't know much about how these places work, so I thought I'd haveto pay for this service and he just laughed in my face as if I'm supposed to know how the business works. He also laughed in my face when I asked how long the wait was. Its just simple impolite things that really can make you lose customers. I try seeing things in the most positive way but for especially an older man, it was so so immature of him and really not needed for the extra rudeness. Just simply not nice. :( really really no manners , very rude straight out, he kept rolling his eyes, I didn't feel welcomed or taken care of. It's rly not so hard just respect others and and do what we can to help:( unfortunately will choose to not come to this location for my car again. read more

This is my last visit to Tire Kingdom. Disregard my last review. Today I was there for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and this isn't the 1st time I've waited forever but will be the last. They also lost my locking lug nut and then asked me 'are you sure you weren't already missing it?" Well last time my tires were changed is when they put new ones on for $1,000. Plus last time I was there they said I need new back brakes and quoted me $550. Today they said my brakes looked good, never had them fixed? Free tire rotation ain't worth it, I'll pay to get my tires rotated from now on and not spend half my day off at Tire Kingdom. read more

I decided to try Tire Kingdom. Oil change, tire rotation and they put a back wiper on that I brought myself- all for $24. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Friendly staff, quiet waiting area with coffee and wifi. You can make an appointment online, although I just walked in and happened to be at the right time. I'll be back here for sure. read more

I had previously dealt with the Palm Coast office and was turned off of Tire Kingdom and only went back in because my tires were under warranty with them. However, after excellent customer service and explanations about what needed to be done with my car, I am now going to be using them on a regular. Awful experience in Ormond. April 2017 purchased 4 tires and service contract and alignment. May 31, 2017 went in for an inspection of tires possible alignment and service. Bart the manager was flippin.. lost his cool...I wasn't following his lead even when he told me to listen up! "get her outta here hard line, name callin Bart." When I told him I was leaving cause I was not comfortable he said please do and don't come back...Maybe this is how they save money on the service contracts! Are all the Tire Kingdoms doing this? Getting their contract for service money and then giving the rude treatment with impunity and never doing service when needed as promised? read more
