I went to fix a nail In my tire. They told me because the nail was in the edge of the tire I had to replace it. The tires had to be ordered in. They forgot to call to let us know the tires came in. Got my car serviced here. I've come here before but they always have new technicians every two months no one stays more than a year except for the manager. I got my car aligned and at the same time my AirPods disappear when I came to ask if they saw anything from the two people that went in my car, one was super calm and said no they didn't see anything and the other one got super defensive and thought I was accusing him and try to convince me that he can't even steal a piece of gum. You don't have to be rocket scientist to figure out who is lying here. I was met with indifference from the manager, and he tried intimidating me saying that if I call the police and have no evidence that they're going to sue me. Great service well done Tire Kingdom.. Managers words " We are not responsible for anything in the car! If I could leave a 0 star I would. I came in to replace 4 tires and an aligment on my 2024 Camaro SS 1LE just to find out that they damaged my vehicle and did not perform a visual inspection after said service was finished. Manager Alvaro accused me of already having the damage on the vehicle which is not true. This is an extremely unfortunate and unprofessional situation that could have been avoided with a thorough inspection of the vehicle afterwords. The damage was done to my rear driver wheel, (1100$ for a new wheel). Please do not cheap out on vehicle maintenance, take it to a dealership where they perform inspections before and after. read more

Terrible experience at 13872 SW 88th St Miami, FL 33186. Took my truck there today, 03/31/25 for a simple tire rotation & balance. Right away I sensed they were looking to find something wrong with my truck. They looked under my hood looking for some additional work. I told the techs everything was fine & to close my hood. The mechanic proceeded to try to convince me that a 5 month old battery was defective & their tests were correct. Never asked them to check anything. The tire tech was rude, couldn't speak English, when I asked why he was placing the tires in the original locations after balancing, since I brought the truck in for a wheel rotation, covered by lifetime warranty which I had purchased. Extremely rude. I complained to the manager who seemed indifferent to my complaint. Got the hell out of there after seeing the tire tech NOT rotating the tires. Tire Kingdom seems to have a problem retaining quality employees. Every time I go there, you never see the same people. read more

I was very impressed with this store. When I walked in for a tire repair, Jorge (manager) advised me the tire could not be repaired. I knew that the damage was on a bad spot. What impressed me about Jorge was the fact that when I asked if I needed just one tire or two, since people believe you have to change two tires, he responded that my other tires were in very good condition, and one tire would be ok. This convince me to come back to this store for all my tire needs. Honesty will always gain friends, and Jorge's honesty did just that. He never pushed to sell me more than what I needed. These guys are professional and the manager is honest and very customer focused. My family has used them for replacement, alignment and balancing on different occasions and the the results were excellent. Some Saturdays are busy, so best to call ahead in case you need drop of the vehicle and return later to pick up. I tend to be very meticulous about brakes and tires and we have always had good experience with this Tire Kingdom.
