I have been going here for the last two and a half years. This is after two other local shops were nothing but headaches.. Started with an oil change and as my car aged I needed tires. They took care of me without a mark up and shady sales speech. I am not sure why there are so many crabby people in the reviews. Yes when you get an oil change they check everything, (every shop does) they advise the status and let you decide if you want additional things done now or later. Being a woman and going to shops you always wait for the line of bull. There isn't one here, Mike and his staff are fabulously helpful every time. Anything I need I go in and I ask questions and they are all super polite and helpful and if I compare rates elsewhere it is all the same.. I used to be a loyal customer but thye are dishonest now. always finding unnecessary repairs. My sid emechanic with much experience confirmed same re: them telling me how i need new brakes, immediate bearing repair. Wanted to charge me $127 plus labor. tried to convince me of $900 + for repairs . Got a bearing at advance auto parts for 57 bucks plus $100 from my mechanic. Needed a screw removed from my truck tire and patched or plugged. I asked to have it plugged, so they took it in the garage and put it on the lift. It was determined that a patch was the better choice. They offered the patch instead at the lower price that I agreed to for a plug. I was very happy for their offer and honesty, but they wouldn't let me pay the higher price for the patch that was installed. It was also a very good efficient process. The worst customer experience I've ever had in my life. Had tires replaced and two days later one fell off while driving on the highway. My boyfriend is in pain after his truck crashed because the tire they installed fell off. The company refuses to pay for the damages they caused. Spoke to an employee named Greg who works for Mavis, the rudest person I've ever had to talk to. I am telling every person I talk to about how awful this company is. Brought my car in three weeks ago spent $2000 fixing my car that I paid $4000 for in total they assured me that they were going to fix it and that if I had any problems I could bring it back well I did today and they told me it's an old car I probably shouldn't put anymore money into and sent me on my there was nothing they could do for me. I used Tire Kingdom for an alignment because I had had my mechanic, replace my power steering rack and pinion . The price was good. The man that helped me was very nice, what gets me is the fact I knew I had all my Lugnuts for my tire due to the fact, my mechanic already worked on it come to find out after my passenger tire started making a sound. I was missing two Lugnuts. The fact that the people that worked on my van did not bother to say anything, either they lost or anything...Thank God I only work 10 minutes away and did not go on the highway because the sound was my tire coming off. I went to the nearest store got two Lugnuts put them on and had no more sound. Please do not use this Tire Kingdom. read more

I loved all the workers but this new girl Ashley she was smoking a marijuana pen in the store and was cursing in the store my experience was horrible with her all she cared about was sitting down and never even offered to help me with my tpms light, my children should NOT EVER have to be around this I do like Mike thought he is an amazing manager same with everyone else just Ashley was my main problem. read more

Biggest ripoffs on the planet!!! my 87-year-old mother brought her car in and they charged her $8000 and the car still wasn't fixed!!! I brought my car in and they told me that I needed a new tire because there was a nail in my tire that they couldn't get out. I brought my car over to Townsend tires on US1 and the gentleman there pulled out a tiny screw and my tire was fine and he didn't even charge me!! TireKingdom always tells you that you need stuff done that you don't, and I find them to be incredibly unscrupulous. Never ever would I go to them again!!!! read more

If you want fast, friendly and quality service, go to this Tire Kingdom! I pulled in after 5PM on a Friday and there was a car in every bay. I had a slow leak from a nail in my tire and thought sure I would have to come back another time. I was assisted by Wes who gave me a quote and wondered if I was willing to come back tomorrow , which I was. Before leaving he checked with his manager, Michael I think, and they found a mechanic who could take me right away. Less than an hour later i have a new tire and was out the door. They are polite, but they don't do all the work they charge you for. They cut corners and lie. Additionally, twice I have had bolts not put back, so now new emergency break lines are required. If you go, make sure you inspect EVERYTHING before you leave. They will charge you for their mistakes. Even tried to charge $120 for a piece THEY broke in front of my face! Find a different place. We needed a plug for a tire. We were told it would be 1.5 hours, and the cost would be $28. After 1.5 hours the had not touched the car. My wife asks for the keys and said she would go somewhere else. Mind you she has a screw sticking out of her tire and two small children with her. The manager casually tosses her the keys and tells her to leave. We went to Discount tire down the toad and they fixed it promptly and for free. Take your business elsewhere. read more

I brought them my car for a simple tire change. They told me the tire pressure sensor was broken. After bringing the car to the dealership , they told me that tire kingdom broke the sensor and to bring them the paperwork and that they should stand by it. Nope. This place has no decency. They're asssssholeess. Told me "we didn't break it" in the most cocky "I don't give a fuck" attitude and sent me on my way. My Mom went to get new tires today. She told them not to even open the hood because they are always calling to say she "needs" something. Well today they called to tell her she needs a new belt and new brake pads. She told them not to do the repairs. Well her car has 36k miles on it and the belt looks fine, it actually looks like the sprayed something black on it to make it look like something is wrong with it. Her brake pads are perfectly fine as well. Completely ridiculous that these people constantly try to take advantage of people. Years ago they told me I needed a new air filter when I had a K&N. I used to let only let these guys do the oil change. Well that last time I got my oil changed done one of their workers stripped the bolt to the oil pan plug. I only found put about it because a friend of mine wanted to nice and save me 60 dollars and do my oil change. But when he attempted to take the bolt off the wrench just kept spinning. So I contacted them to get them to fix it. well that didn't happen because when they looked at it, they stated that my friend must have done something to cause the bolt to be stripped. So not only did I have to pay for my oil change but I also had to pay to replace the oil pan plug that they stripped. Then to make matters worse, The manager told the bolt cost me $10 more but when I got there I was told that it would be $35 more to fix their screw up. I work as a visiting nurse and getting to my clients is extremely important. Last week I heard a strange noise like a strap slapping something. The first place I came across was wickem rd. Tire Kingdom, I pulled right in. As I was walking to the door one of the gentlemen working there held the door open for me to walk in. Off the bat, that is so polite. I don't come across to many people like this. Well long story shortened, it was a loose belt. They had it fixed in five min. As I went to pay the man; I asked what do I owe you? No charge he replies. Went in to have rear tires replaced and they offered a free alignment check. An uncertified mechanic broke a stud bolt removing the front tires for the 'free' alignment check. Then told me it would cost $60 to replace it plus $10 for the bolt (that they broke). They were unwilling to accept responsibility and allowed me to drive the car with only three bolts on. I picked up a bolt at autozone for $3 and put it in myself. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Real life savers.. I blew a tire on 95 .. Ended up at one shop. Had to go get a rim and came back to all shops were closed or closing. I called Robert at 7:33 tire kingdom closes at 8pm. "Get here by 8:30 & we'll get you situated." 8:20 car arrives and by 8:30 paperwork and car are already underway. I couldn't be more pleased. I give them 5 stars because the most important thing to me is to be able to trust the person and company that is working on my car. Could they be faster? Yes, but not unreasonably slow. I went in for an oil change for $19.99. They did the oil change but also checked my brakes, battery, air filter, etc. They showed me the dirty air filter and I approved them replacing it. They also gave me an evaluation on the brakes and battery - important information! I previously bought my tires from TK, so they were rotated free of charge. I walked out spending about $50 instead of $19.99 (taxes, etc) but was extremely satisfied. Convenient, as well. Set a same-day appointment. Bing-bang-boom-out. read more

I went to the tire king in suntree by the YMCA and this was the WORST experience ever. The fat manager was so unbelievably rude I absolutely can't stand him. Then I found out later I could get the tires cheaper somewhere else. this place is full of rude creeps and a complete ripoff as far as I'm concerned. I went today with a coupon for $19.00 for an oil change and tire rotation.I was asked to sign a Waiver since my oil was special according to them. I'm 70, had many cars and have oil changed in all of them. At no time in 70 years have I been asked to sign a waiver for the oil change.They didn't want to do it, that was the problem , not to honer the coupon. They bring you there with a coupon and then ask you to sign a document that says they can't be held accountable for that oil change.By the way I have a 2009 Chevy Malibu, not special , not even for the oil.I would suggest you should never go there since they are not interested in your business 6300 Wickham road read more
