I can't say enough great things about Tire Kingdom! I feel bad that it took me this long to write this review, but it's definitely well deserved. We've been coming to this location for the past two years for tires, and they have always been wonderful. A special shoutout to Abe, who truly went above and beyond. He helped me earlier when I brought my wife's car in for service and immediately made us feel taken care of. The team ran a full diagnostic on the vehicle and determined there were some issues with the computer system--and incredibly, they didn't charge us anything for their time or the diagnostic. That level of honesty and professionalism is hard to find these days. Abe and the entire team are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about their customers. This place is honest, professional, and trustworthy, and that's why we keep coming back. What an amazing place. do not go there. it's a terrible place to get oil change or any kind of service done, they are moving very very slow, chatting with their coworkers all the time, treat you like you don't matter and your time is not valuable, made me wait over an hour to even start working on my oil change, then another hour to complete it, i also noticed they let few other vehicles that came after me go before me, when i confronted them they made the silliest excuse saying they have been waiting here long time. I came there with a leak in one of my tires and needed brakes pads rotors and a oil change done, they were able to take me in right away and did an amazing job and were able to remove all the lights of the dash for me too defently my go to place for all my cars! I made an appointment for today at 10am to replace ONE tire. Upon dropping the car off I was told it would take about 1:30 to 2hrs to get it done. Fine no problem. I walked back home since I live nearby. I came back after 2hrs. Car wasn't ready, I told them I dropped it off at 10 and that I have a Dr appointment at 2:30. They told me my car was next and to give them 20min. I came back 30min after and car was not in yet. They told me it was being rolled in as we speak. at that point it was 2:15pm. I waited and waited and car was finally ready by 3:20pm. Not only it took 5:20hrs to change ONE tire, but also I missed my dr appointment. I didn't receive even an apology for the delay. Absolutely do NOT come here. This place should close down. Terrible service. They tightened the lug nut and bolt on too tight, and unaligned to TWO of my tires. Refused to take responsibility. I just read the previous reviews. I guess I got lucky today. I had a good experience today. I did have to wait for a longer time than I expected, but I was warned about it. I came for a routine tire rotation. I asked to check on other minor things. They did what I asked. Today was a really busy day for them. The shop is conveniently located next to one of my favorite bakeries. This made the waiting time for me pleasant . The waiting room has a limited number of chairs. This is because they are widely spaced. A TV and a coffee maker are available for customer use. The service person was professional and explained to me his findings and gave me options. I was pleased and happy with my experience here today. read more

OK. I came back to get my brakes done and it was a complete disaster. Last week they replaced a tire and within an hour, I had a tire pressure alert. I decided to get my brakes for my Hona CRV done at Tire Kingdom a week later. I dropped my car off and they told me it would be approximately 2 hours to get the brake pads replaced and the brake fluid exchanged. I called them over 2 hours after my appointment to see if my car was ready. They told me that they did not have the right parts by accident the 4 wheel drive version was delivered. They did not have the decency to tell me. So now I have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour because they're waiting for the parts to come. My appointment was 11 AM and now it's 2 PM and my car still isn't ready. I suggested that it would probably have been a good idea for customer service purposes, to call me to tell me that the wrong parts were delivered so that I could have arranged other plans for my day rather than wait for 3 hours or more for my car. Do not use this business...GO TO YOUR DEALER or a business that actually knows what they're doing. This place SUCKS. read more

Good morning fellow car owners, this is something i want to put out there about tire Kingdom, i recently went there for a tire check because the air pressure was low, ut was raining but not hard, i ask the workers there if they could check it for, but to inform you guys my tires were purchased there, the manager on duty which was on Monday 22nd told me he will not send his workers in the rain to get sick, which my car was pulled in close to the inside and he hand the the hose to do it myself. Very dishonest shop. Employee Albert took one look from ABOUT 20+ FEET AWAY of my punctured tire and instantly declared "It definitely can't be fixed. I've seen enough of these to know." He then proceeded to give me a quote for 2 brand new tires that didn't even match the speed rating (my tires are V & he was quoting H) of the rest of my tires. I then reluctantly took my car to Costco where I purchased these tires about 6yrs ago. They employed the proper technique of taking the wheel off and inspecting the puncture from the inside. Turns out the nail was very small & had not even punctured the tire all the way through. They professionally patched my tire (plug/patch combo as endorsed by NHTSA) in about 20 mins. I thought I was being smart by taking my tire to Tire Kingdom (owned by Michelin), that supposedly employs experts in their field (my tires are Michelin). Turns out they employ scam artists with supposed x-ray vision who barely inspect/look at your tires and enjoy adamantly proclaiming that you "need new tires." Avoid this shop at all costs. I added a pic of the tire plug/patch combo performed by the quality tire tech at Costco's Davie location after I drove home using the highway. read more

I tried to setup an appointment online but had a few questions beforehand. The lady at the Hallandale location took my info over the phone about vehicle and tire size. She confirmed with her schedule and spoke to the manager and assured me tire mount,rotation,and alignment could be done but not until 2 pm even though online it said 1pm.I took off of work early to be there. Didn't make a fuss about that so I waited until 2. When I arrived I was soon told that it couldn't be done because they needed a specialist and I would have to come back on Monday. The lady was not apologetic at all. I was furious. In a way I'm glad because all of the crew seemed young, inexperienced and were only concerned constant yelling about nonsenses unrelated to work and the music that was blaring in the bays. I received one coupon for Synthetic oil change for $ 49,99 . I went to TIRE KINGDOM 100 W Hallandale . 33009 . And MANNY was the sales person. I came with a lexus ES . They wanted to charge me $ 79,00 saying my car has 6,4 quarter and the coupon was up to 5 quarter . I asked if they can honor the coupon for $ 49,99 .And I insisted and the sales person was extremely rudy . And asked me to leave the store. I didn't raised my voice, I was polite . Just ask to honor the coupon. And don't come with a fake promotion or hidden fees. This sales person MANNY need to have a better training in how to keep business.
