This review is for Tire Kingdom in Doral on 87th ave. My Tesla had a flat tire and they were 30 minutes from closing. They took me in, and I was a little hesitant since I never had a flat in a Tesla and I know they're a special case. The mechanic was understanding and did a thorough job in patching up a huge nail that was in my car. He deserves a raise! I feel so bad I didn't get his name. They took good care of my car and service was efficient and got me out of a jam. I definitely recommend this place for any Tesla owner. read more

I AM ONLY GIVING A 1 star because it's the only way to leave a review. This is the WORSTTTTT tire place I have ever been to. I do NOT recommend anyone go here. I genuinely don't know if it was because I'm a woman and they thought they could take advantage of me, but the entire experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. While I was there, the employees got into an argument with each other that went on for about 10 minutes. They were cursing at each other, saying things like "stop bussing my balls," slamming things around the shop, and I even heard racial slurs being used. They were also openly talking badly about their district manager in front of customers, with one employee saying, "I do not need to meet the damn district manager, wtf is he gonna do?" This went on right in front of me as I sat there waiting. As a customer, the entire situation was extremely uncomfortable and honestly shocking to watch. I originally went in just to get a nail in my tire patched. Somehow, they immediately tried telling me that I needed a BRAND NEW tire. What bothered me even more was that they removed the nail from my tire BEFORE fully explaining my options to me. You do not need to remove the nail first just to determine whether the tire can be repaired. When I told them I was NOT purchasing a new tire, they PUT THE NAIL BACK IN MY TIRE, filled it with air, and condescendingly told me, "goodluck u dont have much time." Thankfully, I searched for another tire shop nearby and found CBR AUTO CARE AND TIRES. They were able to patch the SAME tire that I was told needed to be completely replaced, and they only charged me $27. I purchased a $450 tire from Tire Kingdom, and during installation, their staff severely scratched the rim on my brand-new vehicle. When I brought it up, the store representative, Miguel Hernandez, dismissively asked, "What does he want us to do about it?" After insisting, he agreed they'd cover the repair cost if I arranged it myself. However, he refused to recommend any repair shops. I got a $250 repair quote and tried following up with him multiple times--no response. I also contacted their customer retention team, who promised the regional manager would reach out. I still haven't heard back. This experience reflects a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. My vehicle was damaged due to their negligence, and their attempt to sidestep responsibility is unacceptable. I would not recommend trusting this company with your vehicle. read more

Avoid this shop at all costs. Had a set of new tires from Tire Rack (prod. 2022) installed on my original wheels and following the manufacturers tire specifications. After picking up the car, I drove about 1/4 mile away and the rear tire developed a huge air leak. Turns out the bead was damaged during install which did not let the tire hold any air. They argued it was due to the age of the tire (3 years old stored properly). However, the 3 other tires had no damage and held air fine. Tire Rack also deemed it installation error yet this shop assumed no responsibility. I had to argue just to get a refund on the labor. Now I have to come out of pocket on a new tire. They essentially ruined my tire for free. Tires are a fundamental piece of safety for any vehicle so please do yourself a favor and go with reputable shop.. read more

Wait time!!! What the heck is wrong with this place? I needed a freaking patch, for a car I'm renting from Enterprise. They told me it would be a few minutes. I'm here for three hours. Still waiting staring out of the window while two managers stand around talk about a toilet that overflowed yesterday and what it takes to get his new house built. My car and two others are in the bays. Mine has been sitting there for two hours just freaking sitting there. I am livid!!!! It's a freaking patch!!! I ask when, the only response I get is that yours should be next well if you're a manager, why don't you know!! why are you telling me it should be next. after standing out there and staring at these cars with me you should know exactly who's doing what and if you don't, you shouldn't be working here. Probably one of the worst ran businesses in Miami. My first time here, I walk into the manager having a yelling fight with a customer because they messed up this guys car pretty bad . Immediately after that , someone came in asking for their car they dropped off 2 days and the team couldn't find the keys . I took my chances anyways since I was in an emergency state and already there to get 4 new tires. This was the most expensive mistake I have ever made . When I came to pick up my car and was driving home, I noticed my tire pressure was going down, checked the tire and 2 OF THE TIRES WERE ALREADY LEAKING AIR. I immediately went back within 15-30 minutes, just to have the manager say "I don't know what to tell you , you didn't buy the good tires." I went to another shop to get it figured out , just for them to tell me that the tire was punctured on the INSIDE, and that the tires "were not mounted correctly." This is probably the worst tan business in Miami . They take very long to over turn products, their Customer service is awful, from Mechanics to front desk to the Store Manager. They are making the franchise look horrible and extremely unprofessional. I hope Corporate would actually do something about this shop and not let these Lazy, egotistical people keep working . I was a last minute customer to get a flat tire fixed, I get it, no one likes a last minute customer, but it was a somewhat emergency and not one but four employees were standing around patiently to leave I guess. I asked them nicely for help to get my flat fixed, but first thing they responded, "oh, we're closed", I told them, you are about to close, meaning, the business is still operating, but then again, another sarcastic response from a one of the frustrated employees, "We can't fix a flat tire in 3 minutes, come back on Monday". They all look at each other holding it not to burst laughing, so I left, rather than dealing with incompetent employees that won't go the extra mile for someone in need. Absolutely will not be returning! I scheduled an appointment to get a plug for my tire because it had a nail, when i get there the guy that checked my car said that because of the position of the nail, they couldn't put a plug, i had to buy a whole new tire, i decided to just have them change the damaged tire to my replacement tire and he said i had to wait 1hr to 1hr and 45min to have this done which was ridiculous because i had an appointment, which i told him and he then said "oh right, your car is next" ._. anyways, I had been waiting for 1 hour before they even touched my car, when they tech was checking he said that they COULD put the plug, which seemed like they were trying to make me purchase an unnecessary tire, they fixed the tire with the plug, when i go outside to make sure they are finishing up, I see the tech checking the hood of the car, which has absolutely nothing to do with what i needed them to do, just for them to tell me my battery is messed up... So, I go for one thing and end up having to basically fix my whole car?! I haven't even had this car for a full year and it's a lease!!! I feel like they tried to scam me because I'm a woman, most of these places see a woman and think they can just walk all over them and charge an arm and a leg. A SMALL HOLE IN MY TIRE. They quote a time frame and do not honor it. I bought my tires with them a few months ago and they're supposed to patch it for free. I normally don't write bad reviews, when I do is for a reason. I will never ever come back to this business. Thinking it was close and convenient to me I decided to go just for a tire rotation. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! First they told me they cant rotate the tires because the front ones were a little bold. And it was a liability on them. They said they can sell me two. At first I said "no its ok, they have less than a year I'll go to the original place they sold it to me" But the sell person was persistent and desperate to make a sell and convinced me to buy two new tires.. So I did! And when I was driving on the expressway the car was driving like a earthquake and pulling to the left. And of course I went back and told them. The guy looked at me like I was crazy. Was not very nice. And he end up putting my older tires in the front and the new ones in the back. We all know that the newer tires should go on the front. He said it will take about 30 minutes, took 3 hours. I was pissed. For one I had my kids with me. I am s mother of four. After the 3 hours, the tires are done. I started driving. It felt good. The car wasn't shaking. And the next day my VSA light turned on. I'm like what the HECK. And guess what I found a bolt missing on my tires. Yes a bolt missing. Talk about liability problem. What if my car tire flew out and killed someone behind us or killed my family. I am even more pissed than before. I will never go back to this place. I am so not happy. And I hate to leave a bad review. But their unprofessional incompetence, I had to warn people about this place. read more

I love coming to this Tire Kingdom. They are always helpful. I went to several shops yesterday and none could help me. So today I drove to the shop at Doral, to remove a screw I had stuck in my tire and Juan was very helpful and polite. Makes this process so much easier. I would recommend this Tire Kingdom. I am VERY upset and dissatisfied with the service. I took my Mini Cooper for a battery change and they called me back saying an auxiliary fan was not turning off once they car was completely off and with an engine light on. When I asked why? and what happened? They didn't have an answer. They just told me they didn't have the computer to investigate the issue to go somewhere else or the Mini Dealer. The "mechanic" took me to my car and showed me how to unplug the power of the car because the he said the fan on will waste my new battery since it doesn't shut off. As soon as I let my car was making weird noises and driving strange, with the engine light still on of course because once again, they "didn't have the tools or means to investigate". My car was perfectly fine before taking it to them for a battery change. If they don't know how to handle a Mini Cooper, they should've said so from the beginning instead of handling my car poorly and leaving me with a bigger issue. They told me they didn't know what was wrong with it to take it elsewhere, very unprofessional. The truth is they broke something while changing the battery and now the car has a leak, it overheated and I had to call/pay for a tow truck company to take it to a descent shop where they can take care of this problem. Never again! NOT going back to any Tire Kingdom and I will make sure I let everyone I know about this experience to avoid this happening again to anyone else. P.s. The quote was $301! The battery alone was $160 which could be acceptable because I know Mini parts are more expensive BUT the job was $140 to pretty much break my car. I applied for their no interest credit car before they did the job, and once I was picking up the broken Mini, the desk guy had the guts to ask me if I wanted to change my 2 tires since I got approved for more than $300! How can you ask me that when you are returning my car with a fan that won't turn off and an engine light on?! Abusers! They see women and they assume we are not familiar with car issues and just try to bill you for extra things you might not need. Truly a piece of crap service. read more

Shady!!!!! I walked in with a flat, after waiting for 45 min for them to start the work and check were the leak is the mechanic marks the tire takes the tire off the rim and starts prepping the tire for then he stops gets his the manager and shows him the tire. The Mgr then comes and to me tells me that the were the location where the hole was on the tire he cant guarantee the patch holding and that I need to get a new tire. The hole was no where near the wall or the curvature of tire so I told him to put the patch on, so they did. The next day my tire was flat. So I took it to another place and they discovered that Tire Kingdom had placed the patch in the wrong location so that I would go back and buy a tire. read more

When I stopped in the person working the counter was very polite and was able to provide all the services I needed for my vehicle very quickly. The pricing was also very reasonable. I called at 5:45PM asking if they had room before closing to squeeze me in for a quick oil change. The gentleman on the phone tells me that it's not a problem and to come in. I arrive 30 minutes later only to have him say that he can't facilitate me even though he said that he could facilitate me just 30 minutes prior. He then explains that he has only one tech on duty, someone else walked in in between the time I had arrived and that there's another customer that showed up late to his appointment. And then proceeded to tell me the only thing he could do is schedule an appointment for me tomorrow morning. I asked why he didn't just pencil me in or even offer me the option for an appointment today when I called before the walk in and late customer came in? He simply shrugged. The man at the front desk was completely disrespectful of my time and energy having to drive through traffic to reach here.
