Anyway, I get there and I was showed a vent that was torn. I said ok fix it and they said it wI'll be ready on 4/8. So I paid the $1,400 + the $167.00 add on while I was there Paid in full!!!! Then on 4/8 I got a call from Lisa that now all of a sudden I don't have power to start my vehicle, they said they had to jumpstart it sooooo, they couldn't tell me this yesterday and I end up having to pay more money on the day I can hopefully pick up today. So if they had to jumpstart it this morning (parked overnight), in their garage, to finish working on it from yesterday 4/7 they must have left something on all night or a door open or ignition was on with keys inside the van. This shit not adding up

Dropped my car off on Monday, they told me they had to order parts and it should be done tomorrow…read more Upon my initial visit the staff was very welcoming. The guy working on my car gave me an exact estimate that Monday. Tuesday i didn't hear from them. Called them Wednesday they said it would be done Thursday. Called Thursday they said it would be done Friday. Friday I arrived at 10am to my car still looking the way I left it on Monday, untouched. Not even pulled in their garage, still sitting on the parking lot. The waiting area is uncomfortable. The bathroom is disgusting. Overall, It seemed like the men were granted quicker service. I understand that I had to wait on multiple parts but 95% of the parts arrived Thursday from what I was told. So my question then is; why wasn't my car at least in the garage preparing to be worked on ? The response to my car not being worked on for the hours I was there; "we are waiting on our tow truck". The shop opens at 8am, I arrived at 10am, I arose this question at 1pm. To me it seems like my car would have never been finished if I didn't come investigate for myself. Around 4:40 the guy informs me that while working on the car he found another part that needed to be replaced. Seems like the issue could've been resolved had they been working on my car for the week that it sat but we all know that wasn't the case. Their solution was to leave with my "drivable" car and call back Monday to have the new part ordered. The car was in bad condition, didn't even feel safe driving in it. Fast forward to a few weeks later and I've been in and out of different shops getting the same parts fixed that this place here had claimed to be fixed. My grand total at Sam's 1258, since then I've pretty much paid double to fix whatever they messed up. This place has great reviews and I really wanted to have a great experience but that just wasn't the case for me. Won't be back.

Now I go get my car they say another $198 is owed . Due to a belt they took off . Can't be put back on once you take it off. Then they broke a whose that they stayed was old and said I had to pay for that and the antifreeze they put back in the car. My car did not leak radiator fluid at all before I took my car to them. Now I have a hole in my radiator that mysteriously got there. I would respect the fact if they made a mistake and own up to it but to make it that problem was there before they got it is BS. They put a whole in my radiator. They basically told me to come get my car. If you all drained my radiator fluid and u say you charged me $30 to replenish it . Sounds like to me you guilty. I went from a cracked oil pan to a broken radiator whose and hole in my radiator. This not right at all and the consumer people let's these people get away with murder. These people are scammers.
