There was a bit of a scheduling issue day of my appointment, but Thomas explained clearly what happened and rescheduled same day. He made sure I was taken care of. He was quick and efficient. Even sent some maintenance reminders because he didn't have stickers. A+ service. Will be using him again and could not recommend him more.

Wow! Where do I start?…read more Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! After unsuccessfully calling several Mobile Auto Pre-Purchase Services, I called Thomas and he was willing & eager to perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection immediately on a 2014 Mercedes SL550. At 12:40pm, I explained to him that I was out-of-state & interested in purchasing the vehicle within 24 hours in the Las Vegas Area. After our conversation at 12:40, Thomas called me back while at the Dealership prepared for the inspection at 2:25pm. Yes! The same day! I was astonished & surprised with the promptness and professionalism!! He met with the salesperson who said the car was in great condition (mechanically & electrically). However,After the inspection, Thomas advised me to stay away from the vehicle due to the 59 exposed & undisclosed issues found by his inspection. Thomas, you saved me tens of thousands dollars on purchasing a " problem child" lemon. I would highly recommend "Mechanic on Wheels" After all, Thomas saved me from purchasing a lemon! Thank you! Thank you!

Edgar must have been going through something personal when he came to help me. That's all I can…read morethink of to try to empathize and understand why he would treat me and my fiancee the way he did. I will do my best to be impartial and lay out the facts, but I'll be honest when I say that it does anger me to remember that I put my fiancee through this experience back in August. To begin, his communication is not clear in the slightest. I had to keep asking questions to gain clarity, and it seemed like I annoyed him by asking questions. He would often respond with one word responses or include ellipsis (...). When we met for the diagnosis, I shook his hand and gave a big smile. I asked if I could get him a drink or help him with anything as it was a hot August day. He hardly made eye contact with me and didn't smile. He figured out the issue with my car and I paid him $80 cash for the diagnosis (a reasonable/average price). Though he wasn't the kindest to me, I was already in for the diagnosis fee which he said goes towards labor, so I decided to move forward with labor. We spoke on the phone for a little when I asked him what his availability is for the labor, and how much it might cost. He said verbatim, "I don't know like $400?" and struggled to give me a day for availability, so I offered to give him a moment to think about it and text me when he figures it out. In text on Yelp I asked him what his hourly labor rate is to which he replied $120/hr. The day he is available I am working, but he says that's fine and that he can work on it while I'm at work. He shows up to do the work and he seems to be in a worse mood than the first time. I ask if I can get him anything before I leave for work, but he says no with his back turned towards me. I introduce him to my fiancee so she can assist him with anything he might need. While I'm at work, she's texting me that he's making her feel uncomfortable, so I tell her he might be having a bad day and ask her to bring him a cold drink. She does. He asks to use the bathroom so she takes him to our apartment's community restroom. He comments on the quality of the apartments and that they must be expensive. Uh oh. Time for payment. I'm at work so I'm not able to respond very quickly, but I ask him how much I owe him, to which he says $400. At $120/hr, the math didn't add up. He demands $400 and says he said that's how much it was on the phone. Will someone please explain in what world I ask for his hourly rate if it was clear to me that it was going to be a flat $400? We spoke on the phone a little to which he starts yelling and cussing at me while I'm just trying to gain some clarity on this obvious misunderstanding. My fiancee is texting me that she is extremely uncomfortable being around him, so to avoid any further issues or discomfort, I tell him I will pay what he is demanding. I tell him I will send him $320 to which he starts raging at me again. When he calms down a little I explained that he originally told me on Yelp that the diagnostic fee will go towards the labor. He reluctantly accepts after checking our Yelp conversation. I send my fiancee down one last time with the money in cash (to be nice because I know he's not claiming any of this on his taxes). I apologize for the misunderstanding, even though I still think the misunderstanding was his fault within his poor communication and customer service. He says "lose my number" after he still got what he demanded for. Screenshots attached. I am giving him 2 stars because the work he did was great. The part he installed has held up and is still working great to this day. Thank you for your service. If you were going through something personal then, I hope things have turned around for the better. All love!

First of all, they squeezed me in, both times. Thank you Ceasar! The radiator install was very professional. Then, Andrew's son, Nic, did a alternator and serpentine belt. After the install, I noticed it was blowing warm, cool, and cold air on the way home, so I took it back. Andrew explained, "The old Camry may need to relearn its idle position with the battery being disconnected after installing the alternator, which will make the the air-conditioning turn off at idle if the idle is too low, it will need to be driven for a little bit and it should relearn." On my way home, I felt only cold and cool air blowing. It wasn't blowing warm air any longer. It appears Andrew is right about need to "relearn." I have a new job I want him to do. I spent thousands on redoing my suspension, and only a year+ after having the suspension work done, I'm experiencing the same issue. On a concluding note, I'm very thankful for Trusted Imports. Not only did they take care of business, but they charged a fair price. You can most assuredly trust them.
