Needed some work inspected that had been done by another shop/mechanic. Had a pretty bad experience with the other mechanic shop and needed to make sure the work was done correctly. Tom answered the quote request quickly and was able to come and inspect my vehicle the same day. He was very thorough, explained every step he was taking to make sure all of the new parts were installed correctly. We went on test drive and he made sure all of the wheels were functioning properly and the sensors were working properly and brought his equipment on the test drive. Thomas is great! We recently moved here to Vegas from Florida and not long after, right when the cold started, the heater in my truck stopped working. Trying to be resourceful, I went on-line to try to figure out a cause. After a few reviews, turns out it was a coolant issue. I was not comfortable trying to do this myself, and needed a local mechanic that could help. I had no idea where to start being new here, so I turned to Yelp to search.
