i brought my car in with a flat tire. after the tire was fixed i had the technician come out to make sure the centerpiece was on correctly, i do this after any store removes a wheel. he didnt touch the centerpiece just looked down at it and said it was on correctly, of course it wasnt and fell off 2 weeks later. i had a set of 4 tire put on there before and had them double check and the centerpieces are still on 6 months later. now the ferguson rd store in cincinnati refusing to replace the missing 50.00 centerpiece. if you pay attention to what you are doing and know what you are doing things like this would not happen. cam the manager was rude and took no responsibility. read more

I had my oil changed by Tire Discounters on Red Bank Road earlier this year. Today at Valvoline Instant Oil on Madison Road they removed the oil filter housing only to find NO filter in the housing. YES the fine folks at Tire Discounters failed to install the actual filter when they changed my oil. Video proof provided by Valvoline. Difficult to trust Tire Discounters, a service organization, when they fail to perform the most simple of services. Avoid Tire Discounters at all costs. read more

The staff here is great and turnaround time is really good. They've actually given me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle for an overnight fix. TD is also the only easy source I have found for a specific tire necessary for my collector car. The only thing keeping me from a 5-star rating is that the prices at Tire Discounters have really crept up over the years. They've been my go-to service for tires, leaf springs, brakes, etc. for many years and were always competitive on pricing. This is no longer the case. They're great for convenience but there are better deals to be had if you either have the time or live near an alternative supplier. read more

Bought my tires from TD a few years back. This week one of my tires had a slow leak in it. Found a nail in it so I took my car to TD to have it repaired. I was fully expecting to have to pay for a new tire even though it was under warranty (which I did last time for a leak in my wife's car). This time it was fixed with no charge which was a relief because I am short on funds right now. I would give 4 stars but I feel like I kind of got ripped off the last time I came. read more

This tire discounters has excellent service. I've had multiple great experiences where they scheduled me on short notice, took care of the problem I came in for (and explained it to me in an easy to understand and respectful way), and charged some of the best rates I've ever seen. Mike and Austin are awesome. I wish I had realized how great they were sooner! Definitely coming here first for any future car services. read more

So I had made an appointment for the next day at 4:00 for an oil change. When I got there they said it'd be like and hour to and hour and a half. So me and my 4 year old walked over to target while we waited. At 5:30 we walked back over because I saw my car in their parking lot (thinking maybe it was done) well it wasn't. They told me it was next in line. So I waited at tire Discounters instead of leaving again. I was frustrated about it. But they ended up giving me money off and were very sincerely apologetic about it taking over 2 hours. This is why I'll always stick with tire Discounters. I've always been treated great by their employees. And customer service means the most to me. read more

Purchased a new set of tires for my Cadillac. It was a great experience and the staff there was very friendly and efficient even though they were short handed that day. Will definitely go back. read more

I walked in to inquire about tires, set an appointment after getting a decent quote and incentive to buy from TireDiscounters, came in the next day, had a snack and an electric outlet to charge my phone while I surfed on the internet, and in less than an hour 4 tires and a free alignment was installed and completed on my car! read more

Stopped by the new location to get a tire changed. They were pretty busy at 8am but was checked in and opted to wait for the service in the lounge. Brand new store so things were very clean and tidy, selection of snacks and water/coffee, magazines. They have a really cool video and status system that allows you to check in on your car in the bays. They were quick and very cheery. I do recommend looking online first (actually a nice website design) for the tire styles and pre-ordering. They do not have many tires "in stock" at the location but are able to get them within a few hours from their warehouse- and not a problem if you are dropping off, but if you are needing quickly, much limited selection. Recommend for fair pricing, nice staff, great space, and quick turn around! read more

I had no problems getting an appointment. By car died on the way to get new brakes and they were really helpful with that problem too. Very friendly and professional. read more

Got in the same day- Bearings done- car rides like new! Great employees! Customer Service #1

Don't schedule your appointment online. Probably not the store's fault but the person on the other end of the internet, but they completely lied. They confirmed with me that I had an appointment at a certain time and said it would take a couple hours. The store had no appointment and said it could be 8 hours. Was pretty embarrassed. Went to a place down the street instead. read more

I took my car in because I was having issues with a weird rumbling noise coming from my back tire. I had no clue what it could be! Chip was extremely helpful and assured me it wasn't a safety issue but that he would have his guys look everything over. 2 hours later I get a call saying it's ready. He said it was the shock. Then he said I didn't owe him anything at all! So I thought maybe he couldn't fix it but then i get in my car and Wow! They even fixed it?! That seriously made my day way better, just knowing how car places have a reputation of taking advantage of people who don't know much! And hearing him it would not be a safety issue really made me feel better. And I didn't even realize they actually fixed it! Wow read more

Dave at the front desk is a good dude. Customer service is key at an auto shop, and this place is solid.

We brought our car in for an oil change and to check a broken parking break a malfunctioning sensor and check out a clanking in the rear tire. They called to tell us the car was ready but needed new breaks and roters, only 40,000 on car. We declined the new breaks and roters and inquired about parking break, sensor that keeps coming on and clanking. They said they could replace the sensor but it probably would just keep malfunctioning and they adjusted the parking break and heard no clanking. Got in car, parking break still not working and clanking sound still there as we pulled out of the lot. They say skip the shop but they do nothing but an oil change and try to het you to buy breaks before you need them. read more

I was able to call Thursday and drop my Nissan off for oil change and tire rotation coupon special for Saturday and a busy holiday weekend. Very friendly, thorough staff. Checked everything out, even the brakes, and all was ok. Done when promised. Great honest people to do business. Dave checked us out and went over everything. Love this place, use to go to other location at Ridge and Highland. Never a problem. Nice new store! Steve read more

5 stars because of 1 great employee, take note, that's how critical having a good staff is. The service was good, nothing great they did their job, but the customer service I got when interacting with the front of the house employee was so good, I'm rating my first non-food business on here, sent them an email and will rate them on google. I seriously considered offering this young man a job, and I know where he works so I may still. He went above and beyond and was extremely courteous, not only to me but to some guy that was trying to get a discount or something, claiming he had gotten tires there before but he didn't have the car, didn't know the tag number etc. and the employee was kind and patient even though it was 20 minutes after they closed. He could've told this guy to scram and I wouldn't have thought twice about it but he was nice and then popped over to me and you couldn't tell he was working late or dealing with a difficult person. Then I came back to ask if I could leave my wife's car that got worked on because we couldn't drag our daughter back out but the door way locked. I walked away, they've been closed for almost am hour at this point, he came running out and remembered my name and asked if he could help me. That's what I would've done , but most people wouldn't think twice and would've let me leave. I'll be back for more services here and will tell everyone I know, all because of one outstanding employee. And they didn't mess up our car , the work was good too. read more

I will not be going back to this location. I went in for an oil change with their full synthetic deal going on right now; and I didn't get the rotation or any of my fluid topped off like I should have based on what it offered. They are more worried about getting as many people in and out and getting there money than doing a good job on the work or even doing the full service! Also there was oil all over the underbody of my car after they changed it. I really wanted to like this location since it's near me but I just can't pay for bad service and laziness read more

During this terrible weather I have a tire problem. I pulled up at store 112 to get my tire looked at and James told me I had to have a appointment to get my tire looked at which is very disappointing. Especially in the weather condition we are in. I needed to put air in my tires but wasn't comfortable doing it myself. Came here and the guys helped me right away, even though they were crazy busy!! They taught me how to do it myself and answered my questions. So grateful that they took the time to do this, for free! Thanks guys you really helped me out :) read more

Always have great service when I go here. They always give me the best price possible. So far always satisfied.

Great service and value! Super quick tire replacement and the three year warranty is best I've seen.

They did an AMAZING job! i had a bad experience with a prior tire discounters earlier in the day, and they were more than happy to help me at this location and work with me to get my tire fixed quickly so I could go about my day. They also kept me in the loop every step of the way :) read more

Bought 4 tires for my Mitsubishi Spyder a few thousand miles ago at Tire Discounters. It's an extra car so we usually only drive it in the summer. One tire got a bubble so I took it in and they said too bad you didn't buy insurance on them and i replaced the tire added insurance to it almost $200. The same front passenger side new tire got a bubble. Took it back Thursday with the paperwork and asked how much. He said it would be covered by the insurance. I kept asking him how much if it wasn't. He kept telling me it won't cost anything as he looked at my paperwork. I left the car and got a call the next day saying the road hazard had expired and it would cost $275 for tire number 6. I said no way and had my kid drive me there to p[ick up the car. I will never go to Tire Discounters again. Too bad for them my son needs 4 new tires on his car and I will make sure he doesn't go to Tire Discounters. read more

Terrible customer service even after a $1425.88 bill, never again. Felt very rushed cocky arrogant attitude from the entire staff. I just hope my car doesn't break down from someone sabotaging it or something it wouldn't surprise me. read more

This place is AWESOME. Chris helped me out from beginning to end. He was very informative and made sure I was out the door as fast as possible. I made an 830 am appointment and they were ready to go when I arrived! When I inquired about more services than I had scheduled he was really open to helping me get what I wanted and needed. The customer service is above and beyond. I couldn't ask for more than what Chris offered. I can't wait to use this store again. It's a new facility and is very put together and clean. The pricing is amazing as well. I walked in and asked for the least expensive option and they were willing to explain all the options and price points. I never felt like they were pushing me towards more pricey options. I just feel well informed! I'm really happy I made the choice to stop in here and I'll be a forever customer at this location! read more

I had an appointment for an oil change and was in and out in about 45 minutes. It takes time to properly write up a repair order (I know I have done it) and it takes time to get a care on the rack, change the oil, get parts complete the task (I know I have done it too), and for the repair order ticket to be completed (I know I have done it). Great Job ! read more

Took my Ford F-150 in to get the A/C compressor replaced. They said it would take 1 day and it took 6. They never called me once during the 6 days. I always had to call them for any updates. Cost me $800 and still didn't have A/C before leaving. Truck now has a fan continually running and engine light on that was not an issue before they had it. They said "We didn't do it, you need to take it to Ford". Super bad communication, And my biggest mistake... Taking my truck to a tire place to get the A/C repaired. Stay away! But Im sure they can fix a flat tire if you have it. read more

I wouldn't normally leave a review for somewhere like this but I just had such a phenomenal Customer service experience here yesterday I had to give credit where it was due! I got a flat Friday evening and stopped into Tire Discounters Saturday afternoon to get a replacement. The employee that helped me (I wish I would have remembered his name because he was great) checked out my flat to see if it was fixable. When we concluded that it was not, he gave me a wide range of prices and pros and cons for each new tire. He offered to replace all four, but not in a pushy sales way, and was not offended or put off when I said I only wanted one. We chose a tire and he basically looked at every possible discount I could qualify for and eventually saved me about $25! I totally appreciated his effort in trying to save me some moolah. The store was about 45 min from closing, but he promised he was staying after hours and would call me to come back so he could pop the new tire on. I went and ran some errands and got a call about 30 min later, went back in and was in and out in 15 min! The fact that he was so pleasant, helpful, honest, and willing to stay after closing to help me out really impressed me. I definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs! read more

3.5 hours for and oil change and tire rotation?!?! I was also supposed to get an alignment (when I originally purchased the tires they were running behind and I couldn't wait so they gave me a voucher) but they couldn't accomplish that in almost 4 hours. When I complained, the initially polite gentleman that was working with me became borderline condescending and curt stating I should have made an appointment as if it was my fault for believing them when they said it would take 2 hours. I was understanding and patient at the 2.5 hour mark because they were busy but an ADDITIONAL 1.5 HOURS?!?!?! I could have done the work that was accomplished, on my own, in less than an hour with a floor jack..... Still don't have an alignment....Have been a loyal customer of Tire Discounters through at least 3 sets of tires....Very disappointed in this experience and will definitely consider alternative on my next set of tires. read more
